One of 2 lockers we booked was kept unblocked after some tentative. We were missing the flight. A courier was so kind and I don't know how he opened ours. Are there a maximum number of tentative? If so it must be communicated.

Hello, Simona Thanks for your message and for using our service Sorry you have had problem in contacting the hotline; it can be reached by phone from 8:00 am to 10pm; they answer by text message unless emergencies. The locker size is clearly indicated on the website as well as the number of luggage it can fits but it is difficult for us to give an advice as we do not see your luggage; we can just give a recommandation. We will work on improving the given information and once again, thank you for using city locker and we will work on getting your 5 stars next time.

Easy to book online. Convenient but not cheap as required 3 lockers for 3 bigger suitcases and used twice (Approx AUD$165 total over 2 different days). Was busy with long line the first drop off so had to wait for others to get in & out of the small building space. Otherwise worked well keeping our bags secure.

Very well located, 2 minutes from the Bastille metro station. This was the first time I'd used it, and the instructions are pretty clear. A code opens the door, then you go to the machine and type in the code for your locker, and the same for the return trip.

Overall I like the Citylocker. It offers a reasonable price and the location fits my tour route. The space is big. However, there is a flaw. The combination for opening the door did work when picking up my luggage. A nice lady opened the door from inside.
