EASY AND FLUID TO USE

Would highly recommend this service, especially if you have a lot of luggage and can't check into your accommodation early. We had 1 medium sized suitcase and 1 small carry on suitcase and a backpack and we managed to fit it all into one locker. The site is pretty easy to navigate, once payment is made you get an immediate email with all details with access codes, which worked just fine for us. Show up, drop off your bags, go about your day and come back and access your bags again.

Had we only rented 1 locker, the review would be 4 stars but since we rented 2 and only 1 worked and I haven't been able to be refunded yet, I'm rating 3 stars because it is a great service to tourists. The name "Gare de Lyon" is a bit misleading. The locker is closer to Bastille than Gare de Lyon, but if you plan ahead, it's a 10-minute walk (or bus ride).

Great locker room with new, clean lockers, the codes worked perfectly and allowed me to visit Paris with complete freedom! I'll be back on my next visit.

Excellent option to store up to 4 cabin size bags.

Usamos el servicio el ultimo dia que estabamos en paris y no teniamos donde dejar las maletas y el vuelo sali en la noche. Una super opcion, muy facil de usar, los casilleros muy amplios, nos cupieron dos maletas de mano y dos maletines. Super recomendado para no dar vueltas con las maletas.

I paid for the locker and then waited for the email for the code to use which didn't arrive. I email and phoned but still no reply. i then went direct to the locker and paid again to use it. Therefore my advise is not to pay for it on line and just go direct to the locker and pay. otherwise you will pay twice. I would still like my money back for the first payment.

Muy cómodo para dejar el equipaje si estás cerca de la Torre Eiffel. En la taquilla caben 4 maletas de cabina y si lo necesitas, puedes cargar el móvil.

You need to simplify access to the lockers. I spent 10mins trying to get into my locker and I nearly missed my flight as a result.
