Very convenient and secure. We appreciated the clear directions that we received in advance by email and were posted on site.

The whole experience was seamless and very happy we chose city locker after checking many options. The only watchout is, after viewing the video on their website and measuring my luggage, I was still under the impression that 4 medium suitcases could fit in a single locker -- it's actually 4 of the small carryons. We had 1 large and 2 medium plus 2 backpacks and luckily ordered 2 lockers. I also really like that the outside door is locked and you need a code to get in. There were several people just trying to get in off the street without a code.

Very easy to book from the web. They send you a message with the codes for the access door, your locker number and the access code. It's all very easy and intuitive

We have had 2 big loggadge and didn`t enter in one locker. In the description it should fit 4x loggadge. So we had to pay one more time ( 15 euro x 2 ) that is a lot of money for a few hours of lockers.

Easy but misleading booking, the locker should be called Bastille and not Gare de Lyon. It should be possible to choose the height of the locker.
It was useful, the location was close to the metro and our bags were safe for the whole day. The price is really good, as the locker can hold a lot of bags- in my case it was 1 carry on, 2 full backpacks, and 2 purses. The only thing I did not like is that they give you 2 codes, 1 for the door and 1 for your locker, but we noticed that the door was always open and the code was never needed, which made it feel kind of unsafe (this was in March 2024 in the Opèra location). In the end, nothing happened, our bags were safe and it was the best option to enjoying our last day in Paris without the pressure of bags! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very good. The lockers are smaller than I expected. Verify well the sizes according with your number of luggage and sizes. But everything worked out smoothly. 🙂 easy to work.
The process, start to finish, was very easy. Prices seemed fair and sizing was portrayed accurately.
Easy to use. Separate codes sent for door access and locker access. Good space in Locker. Good, clean, safe location. Only drawback being that is a tiny bit of long walk with luggages from Chatelet - Les Halles
