Regarding the cancellation of your booking it is clearly indicated in our general terms and conditions that you have validated when booking that the service is non refundabled but you can have a credit note valid 6 months in you need to change your dates. So once again we do not understand very your note and comment. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to book locker space in Paris for later the same week. The site selected was close to Gare du Nord in a not great area but easy to access before going to the airport. There were no problems accessing the site or the lockers booked. It saved us having to haul rucksacks around all day before catching a late-evening plane.
