It was very easy to find the locker and easy to get locker passcode and other details. I loved it!

Clearly professionally planned and implemented. Convenient, accurate instructions, well though and functional website interface without app nor registration, secure payment. I used it twice (2 different locations), worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

Lockers can only fit 2 medium size bags - larger than carry on but not super big. Will only fit one big suitcase. Everything worked well.

Very easy and quick handling, very easily accessible. unfortunately we reserved 2 lockers for 2 trolleys because we thought one could not be big enough but it was:-)!

Reasonable rate, so convenient and easy to use. Love that it's just pin codes and you don't need to interact with anyone.

It was a great place to leave stuff during my stay in Paris. Great location with safe entrance and lots of places nearby to take a break before continuing your day The only thing I didn't like about it is that you couldn't chose the locker yourself I had a 23kg bag and I was assigned the top locker, when I saw that I was almost ready to cry, so have that in mind when booking

Only a 5 min walk away from the RER line in Paris City Centre. Easy to find using the address details provided. Codes to enter building and lockers were sent to my mobile straight after booking. Would use again when we next visit Paris.

It was overall a good service and felt secure and safe, but the locker is farther from gare de lyon than I thought it would be (easily a 10 minute walk). Worth it to feel secure about leaving luggage in Paris, but wish it was more convenient.

It was wonderful to have this option in Paris and ordering on the website was easy. The value was also great due to the size of the lockers.Following the instructions once we were there was also easy to navigate. The couple of items I would say could be improved would be the location as far as the proximity to train station. The inconvenience of going a bit out of the way is not ideal and (perhaps this was just me but) the awareness that you must order it online was not as clear.

I discovered it on the net and I'm satisfied. It's been very useful to me.

I think it is very expensive. You could offer the option booking per hours. The option of booking only online is not adapted to people without cell phone, internet or in case your mobile is not charged. whatever. for the rest. it was everything fine and ok. thanks for this service

A little complicated to access the location, and deciphering how to open the door and the lockers ... It can use a hotline phone number to call someone on the fly...

Tutto estremamente facile e preciso.

I was charged about 14 euros more than was quoted. I was told for a few hours I could rent a locker for 2 euros and would up being charged about 16 euros. Took me a bit of time to figure out how the door code worked as the instructions were very ambiguous.

The city locker is very practical and conveniently located. On the other hand, it's still expensive: €15 a day for 1 locker... but it's worth it when there's more than one.
