Great idea, price and location. Docked one star as had to put the codes in a few times before the locker opened both at start and end.

The shop-page is easy to use. The access codes were delivered by SMS and eMail after just a few seconds.

Works well. I find a bit pricey but it worked very easily and I was ale to book it in advance or just in front of the door. In either case it takes 5' or less to book your storage and leave your luggage.

Would be better with longer opening times

Easy to use

Compare to other luggage storage facilities this one is the best value for money. We had 3 backpacks and one carry on luggage and there still space for more luggages to store. 5 min from the station, you get a code to entry via an sms and there is CCTV all the time.

Amazing!! I will definitely be using City Locker when i travel in the future. It felt super safe and changed the codes each day!

Very practical, but the video is a bit misleading: you can only fit 2 classic suitcases, maybe 4 small cabin suitcases, but not hold luggage. Apart from that, very practical but a little.

Very use full service, close to the metro stop

It is very helpful in a touristic city like Paris. Works fine. The locker had a good space. It was being renovated so it could be cleaner. I would consider perfect if they have a toilet and water to drink. Would suggest a bench or something to allow open the luggage to get things from the bags.

Très pratique

When we tried to get back our luggage we couldn't open the locker even we entered the correct pin code. We tried several times but it didn't open and we were in a rush to catch our train. It was very stressful, it was opened after 4th or 5th try. You should check their function frequently since there is no one working at the branch.

I would rate 5 stars if a DMC or at least a bar code or Bluetooth could be used to open the doors.

I used Citylocker to store my bags while on a sightseeing trip to Paris. The website was easy to use and the instructions were very clear. The office was easy to find and I had no problems accessing the locker. It was very convenient for Gare du Nord. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone wanting to leave their bags in a secure place while in Paris.
