Super practical!
I think that you should offer a family discount as a family of four with suitcases need 2-3 lockers. meaning that you would have to pay 30-45 euro for a single day, which is expensive

We got in just fine to drop our bags- however- our code stopped working when we returned to collect them. Neighbors saw us banging on the door and told us this is a common issue. No one would answer the phone. We did purchase a new locker and the new door code worked. Miserable experience panicking over potentially not getting our family of 5s clothes and items.
Very easy to use. Just book it online, you will get the codes to open the main door and lockers. Everyday code changes. Opening time is 8am. There is no human being present. Near to station Gare de l’yon.
It was very easy to figure out how to book the lockers and navigate the site. I did not have to overthink my choice. The access codes came to my email immediately.

The website works very well and provides all the necessary information, the location is good, but the cabinets are a little small for the price paid.
It's a great initiative and very helpful. I arrived early in Paris and my hotel check in time was in afternoon. It is much great relief, we put all out bags in city locker, was very quick and time consuming. Thanks for the help.

Its was really good and convenient for travellers I really like this kind of facilities .
Front door isn't working well. Took me about 5 minutes to open, putting the right code, while Uber was waiting. Should replace the keyboard. All the rest was ok, but when you aren't able to open the main gate of the building...

The Citi Lockers Paris procedure was simple and there were no problem doing it.
Loved it. a bit difficult to navigate to because of the street layout there, but the lockers were super convenient and a number of restaurants and shops nearby. was a big help to store our bags while having a nice afternoon. Thanks!

Eine super Möglichkeit sein Gepäck tagsüber loszuwerden. Onlinebuchung und Nutzung haben problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage ist perfekt zu den beiden Bahnhöfen und der Metro.

Unfortunately citylocker wasn't that easy to find as said before but it worked rally good.
