Very good service. I only suggest to have something like a "Totem", an device, a fix phone or a real person at the room in case of some problem. Exist a number to call and a channel to chat, but as a tourist, not always we have internet or mobile phone connections

It was so easy to book online and 15€ to be baggage-less and explore Paris however you want for the day really isn’t expensive! Nice experience!

While the site wants to attract customers with rates starting at 2 euros, the reality is that the rate is +18 euros per day. Opening hours are short, from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations are required before you arrive to obtain your access code to the chamber.

Easy and hassle free luggage storage close to Eiffel Tower. I used it twice and I don’t face any technical problems at all. I was bit worried after seeing some reviews in the beginning. If you go with the proper instructions, you will get a good service.

What a great asset for early arrivals in Paris! Locked up my bags and got several hours of exploring in before my accommodations were available.

Great location to keep your bags for the day. Very secure and easy to use.

The setup is well organised and it was simple enough to access the facility. I was struggling with a sore back on the day though, and I was very surprised when I discovered the locker was on the third level up. I had to hoist a 25kg suitcase up to head height with no-one to ask for help. I struggled and am a woman of medium to good strength. For someone less able this would be a show-stopper and make the service completely unusable.
