Our Eurostar train didn't leave till 9pm and we had to leave our apartment by 11:30am. Having these lockets available meant we didn't have to drag our cases around all day while we were shopping & sightseeing. We managed to get 4 small cases in the lockers. There's a few city locker sites available in the city and we were able to book online that morning for the closest one to us.

Location of the locker room, very close to the side entrance of gare de l'est. Just mind the stairs you need to take, no lift, so with heavy luggage it could be a problem. No problem with business luggage. Everything worked hazzle free, order, door code, locker code. The door needs quite a strong push to be opened, this could be looked after.

A reserva no site foi bem fácil e intuitiva. Recebi o codigo por e-mail, sao 2 codigos, um da porta e um do locker. Encontrar o endereço também foi fácil. Digitei o código de forma pausada (como informado em um aviso no local) e funcionou perfeitamente.

To get access to the lockers and to pay for the service you need a good internet connection which is very bad in this area. Lockers itself very good but the price is very high.

Durch die gute Navigation haben wir den Raum / das Gebäude sehr gut gefunden. Die Pinnummern passten und alle vier 55er Koffer passten rein.
Very helpful possibility which I do recommend and would use again. It took some time to discover how to unlock the locker which is the only thing which I think could be improved (leave a visible sign for customers inside; the existing model wasn´t easy to find if you are in a hurry). Also, it would be nice if the entrance area would be tidier.

Close to metro or RER, easy to access. When I booked I didn’t receive all the information in the email but I called and everything was resolved in less than 5 min.
