Very big locker. 10/10
Very useful to store bags while exploring the city.
They didn't return the deposit, they didn't solve the problems that had arisen.
Pratical, easy to use and functional! Excelent idea. Works nearly perfect.
Painless and pleasant!
We were very satisfied..The door opened straight away with the code they sent us, and so did the locker..The fact that you can go any time of the day is very helpful. It is also very economical since 4 cabin bags fit inside the locker.

Worked for holding our bags, but we had trouble with the door code, which was super anxiety producing
Jeez this was scary. We used two lockers for 2 hours. I got nervous and went back to pull our stuff out and upon returning noticed that another locker had been ripped open (the locker doors are particle board). Another couple walked in and asked us about our experience as they were weary of the security as well. They had paid for a locker but never got a code emailed in. They had to call customer service for the locker combo and while we were there the punched in the number and their locker was filled with someone else’s stuff! I’m not kidding. Company gave out someone’s locker combo to another customer and a locker was broken into in the span of two hours that we used the service. Very scary and super lucky we got away unscathed. PSG location.
Good
Lickers are clean and look safe. Booking is online and easy. A bit expensive compared to other luggage storage, I pid 15€ for one locker that fits at least 3 trolleys. The other loccker near Porte Maillot costs 6,50€ only, any bag size.
I didn't manage to open the door with the code. i try to communicate for information but I couldn't. I paid for nothing.

Avevo capito che il locker fosse dentro la stazione. Oltre a ciò, sia in fase di deposito che in fase di ritiro, ho dovuto effettuare 4/5 tentativi prima di riuscire. Oltre a me anche un altro gruppi di persone che stava effettuando il deposito. Sarebbe molto utile avere un display che mostri il codice che si sta immettendo (al limite, per sicurezza, cifrato...giusto per capire se non sono rimasti in memoria altri caratteri). Con 6 euro avrei potuto depositare i bagagli in un negozio...a 15 euro mi aspettavo molto molto meglio!!!

This was a very safe, easy, flexible way to store luggage while we waited to check in. It was nice knowing that the bags were secure. The codes were easy to use - just be sure to enter each number slowly so that it registers correctly.
Easy to book. Clear instructions and a large locker. Good location next to metro.
Easy to use, the cameras in and outside the store let me feel better about utilizing the service since it wasn't supervised by a human at all times. I hope there are monthly check ups on the lockers themselves, because I saw one locker was not opening for a couple that had paid money and received the code for their locker - which just wasn't working for them.
