Super easy to find and a very secure excellent service!

This was a very safe, easy, flexible way to store luggage while we waited to check in. It was nice knowing that the bags were secure. The codes were easy to use - just be sure to enter each number slowly so that it registers correctly.

Easy to book. Clear instructions and a large locker. Good location next to metro.

Easy to use, the cameras in and outside the store let me feel better about utilizing the service since it wasn't supervised by a human at all times. I hope there are monthly check ups on the lockers themselves, because I saw one locker was not opening for a couple that had paid money and received the code for their locker - which just wasn't working for them.

Was easy to use and straightforward. However the entrance door was opened, I think it would be great to lock it and be able to open it with the code as it originally meant to be.

Customer service is really great! I made several mistakes, the first being booking on the wrong day. Customer service helped us and reimbursed us. Then some problems to get out of the luggage room, the customer service person helped us kindly despite a difficult situation due to fatigue.The next time I'm in Paris I will not hesitate to rent from city locker. Highly recommended! Merci thank you

It's a shame this isn't better known, especially by those who filter museum entrances...

Smooth and easy

Worked as described, felt more secure than all the options which basically involve leaving your bags in the front of a shop.

The booking was very easy and went quickly by cell phone, the access data came reliably by SMS and email. We are very satisfied and can recommend Citylocker.Paris without reservation.

Very smooth process - book and pay online, get a personal code for the locker via text, turn up and store suitcases, very easy! When you're ready to collect your suitcases, it's very easy to do so, and the great thing is that it's a 5 minute walk from Gare du Nord! It was great for us!
