Location not good. Key pad buttons very sensitive and hard to enter password etc
I’ve used this city locker 3 times in the last years and it was always a good experience. It’s fairly close to chatelet les halles (10min walk) and even closer to other stations. The lockers are big and the system works well. Some of the locker codes (not all) are just the door code and the locker number, which doesn’t feel safe, that should be looked into)
Very clear instructions sent immediately, good value for money, felt very secure. Location was a little of out the way in relation to the main train stations, particularly on the airport line but reasonable walk.

The booking process of a coin locker is too difficult. Too many steps and takes a lot of time. Also virtual cards are not accepted. Too expensive! Would never use ir if I was alone. Despite all, it worked in the end.

I think it was a great place to drop my luggage- was affordable, convenient to my location- easy to find- very timely information was provided- inside was clean and easy to manage- I would recommend it to anybody and 100% would use it again

It's kind of strange that the code for the door is the same as the code for the locker. Other than being a little confused at first, this was a great experience
Everything went smooth. We got the codes, it was explained how to use them to get access.
The only comment important to make is that in the email that I received, I had no acces number, so when I arrived in París I had to contact a person from CityLocker to give me my number and be able to leave my luggage
Location was great and size was good for one medium size luggage along with two bag packs. However would have been good to be able to choose the level given that I had a luggage it was quite the work out to heave it up.
Practical and handy. A little expensive to rent (15€) even if I booked at the last minute.

A very practical and well-organized service! The lockers are spacious (4 pieces of cabin luggage, that's right, a larger piece of luggage can fit in too, or even lots of small bags) and the place is well laid out (security codes everywhere, clear instructions). The upstream reservation system is just as pleasant, and the instructions for finding the place are perfectly detailed. Mail, SMS, nothing is missing!
The place where we left our bags was protected and the locker system was too. There was plenty of space to leave our bags (we are a family of four).
