Very easy to pre-book, then just turn up and let yourself in and open locker using key codes. But you do need to book! There were several people waiting outside the building with suitcases when we arrived and there weren't any free lockers

Easy to use with clear instructions
The Citylocker facility works perfectly and is is very convenient. I rated four stars for two reasons: they advertise the locker as being able to accommodate 4 bags, we could hardly fit in 3 carry-on sized suitcases. Secondly, the 10PM closing time is too early. We were forced to travel and collect our bags mid-dinner.
Perfectly matches expectations, practical but the price is still high for a locker.
Convenient, easy access. But be careful not to overestimate the size of your suitcases.

Easy to reserve lockers online. The system works great. When we got there, easy entry to the building and also very easy to open the lockers. Very nice operation.

The drop off and pick up of my suitcase were both very uncomplicated and quick. The lockers are big and will fit anything you don’t want to carry around while sightseeing. I highly recommend!
This entire enterprise provided an excellent service. It lacked one star becuz we stood outside not realizing that the procedure was done all online. We have ised other services like this that didn’t work online. Fortunately someone came along and explained.

Very conveniently close to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The boxes are big enough for large cases and backpacks. Only the space in the room is limited and operating the locking mechanism is tricky.

Alles hat super geklappt, einfache Handhabung, leicht zu finden, gut erklärt. Wir hatten drei kleine Koffer und einen kleinen Rucksack, damit war das Fach aber auch schon voll. Bei größeren Koffern unbedingt ein zweites Fach einplanen.
