It's perfect, really useful, a bit expensive and the digicodes are a bit difficult to manipulate the first time, you have to type slowly but not too much, but the system works well. The lockers can only hold one large suitcase (30kg) or several cabin suitcases.

Literally booked use of this locker the night before I needed it after a quick Google search. The access codes were texted and emailed immediately, & Google maps directed us easily from Gare de l'Est. It is a 5 minute walk from both Gare de L'Est and Gare du Nord.
Good size locker - fitted a large suitcase plus bags inside. Only downside is some are up high - it took me and my husband to lift it due to the weight (family of 4) so just something to bear in mind if you are a lone traveller, or family travelling with only 1 adult.
Can't fault the service - it did exactly what we needed it to do, and our luggage was stored safely for the day

City Locker was a life-saver when I had hours to kill before my flight out of Paris and didn't want to drag lots of luggage with me.
