Just a really great service.
Worked well and convenient location. Front door just a bit sticky to open.
Use City Locker for the first time. A little confusing for the first time. Once in I was disappointed about the size of the locker. No mention was made of the size. We could only fit one big suitcase in one. Had to book another. Tried calling the number but was immediately disconnected. Please tell the people the size.

Easy instructions for getting into the building and locker. Decent prices for a large locker with space for a carry on and multiple bags. Centrally located.
Unless I'm mistaken, it's not possible to order by the hour, or at least for a period of less than 24 hours. 15 € for 4 hours is a lot of money.
Buying the access was very easy, the codes to the door and locker arrived right after the purchase was confirmed and worked without a problem.

We were 7 persons stopping just a few hours in Paris on our way to CDG. 6 pcs of medium sized suitcaseses + 1 soft bag and we needed 4 lockers at a total price of € 60. We all thought the price was extremely high but we had no other option. At the end it all worked out well, but the some of the codes to open the lockers I had to put in several times before they opened. All in all - good that this option was available, but too expensive and a bit tricky and time-consuming. There should be options that are cheaper for shorter periods of time.

Really useful when you need to live the hotel early and drop your luggage safely, especially when you still the day to visit Paris.

Everything went very well
I paid of two lockers for the day I left Paris, and accidently paid for another one two days after. I contacted them to get my money back, and didn't get a response. Too bad this is how they treat their paying costumers.

It was easy to book and without any problems
This place needs better signage. It is very confusing to drop off luggage if you haven’t done it before. The sign should say. 1. Use door passcode. 2. Use locker passcode. You will not be able to open your locker unless you h add be used the door code first.
