It's all very simple...
What a great asset for early arrivals in Paris! Locked up my bags and got several hours of exploring in before my accommodations were available.

Great location to keep your bags for the day. Very secure and easy to use.
The setup is well organised and it was simple enough to access the facility. I was struggling with a sore back on the day though, and I was very surprised when I discovered the locker was on the third level up. I had to hoist a 25kg suitcase up to head height with no-one to ask for help. I struggled and am a woman of medium to good strength. For someone less able this would be a show-stopper and make the service completely unusable.
Perfect! The location is good, between Eiffel tower and Invalids, and you can reach it by train or bus easily. The access with security code was very easy and safe. The same with the process to open the locker. Very clean and safe, easily to repeat and recommend.

Easy to use, very clean, safe area (Les Halles), smooth online payment. I don’t like interactions with strangers and more than that - leaving my luggage with them, so this kind of service is a rescue for me.
Citylocker was easy to use. It was very convenient to the apartment that we had rented. We were able to stow our bags and enjoy the rest of our day in Paris! Our bags felt safe, and everything was still there when we returned.

Excellent location , in very close proximity to my rental unit. The entire process to store my luggage until I could check in was so easy. The codes are sent to you as soon as you book the locker.

This is a safe place to leave your luggage; codes worked well. We took a metro from there to Chatelet as felt it would be too long a walk with our luggage. Would recommend this place.

Great location for our trip to Paris. We needed to leave our luggage before going to your friend's accommodation. The lockers are large, secure and very easy to book using their app. I'd definitely recommend!
Good location in center of Paris. Everything works perfectly
I would definetly recommend this. We used this for the whole day. So that we could have another full paris day without carrying out luggage around all day. Our train was in the evening.
1 locker is sufficient for 1 medium size bag and 1 back pack.
