Easy to use. The instructions were clear and simple.
Everything fine except price, for the same service I've paid 5EUR in Vienna but 15EUR in Paris.
Need Google map to locate the place… it’s not the location issue.. just it’s paris.. large city likes a maze

It was a very clean place and we felt safe leaving our luggage there. The only problem we had was to get into the room. We had some problems opening the door with the code. But in total: we were very happy with booking the locker.

The box was broken and we had to use a lace to keep it closed. The phone for inquires didn't work. Also the vending machine didn't give us the products paid. A bad experience and a waste of time.

It was great. Felt safe since it’s individually locked lockers + they are big enough for a couple carry on suitcases. Door was sticky so at first we thought the code wasn’t working.

Amazing!! This is the greatest invention ever! It was amazing to place our luggage securely and safely and then venture off until our Airbnb was ready!! Highly recommend! So convenient and easy!!
We had such a great experience at the Opera CityLocker in Paris. The booking process was easy online. When we arrived, we got in easily and were able to stay our time in the city without our bags while waiting to check in to our hotel. I would use this facility again.
