Everything gone very well ! It was easy to use and very comfortable. The locker have a lot of space and it was very secure
The site was easy to use. The first time I purchased a locker here I did it last minute by smartphone while standing in front of the building. It only took a minute or two after the credit card transaction for the key code for the door to activate.
Very easy to book online and great instructions. Also good instructions how to get in etc.
The code is very obvious, so I worry people could guess any code’s locker and steal what’s inside.

Super easy and fast to book. I booked 3 locers for my 5 bags. Convenient location. Easily can store 3 carry on bags in 1 locker. Easily can open and lock multiple times. Secured and safe. Hope to rebook on my next visit to Paris.
I mistakenly booked for 25th January instead of 25th February and asked Support whether the booking could be changed but have had no reply. I have now made a separate booking for 25th February and have asked Support whether I may have a refund for the January booking. I have had no reply whatsoever and am very disappointed.

La Porte n'on n'est pas ouvert. I couldn't open the door, there was a couple of people with the same problem. Than somebody call the assistance and after a half hour they opened the door
Fairly close to airport bus and it was convenient. It was helpful that the locker was reusable within the day. I stored my suitcase in the morning and came back to add some souvenir in the afternoon. Then eventually I collected the luggage in evening. at first i thought it was a bit expensive but at the end it's worth paying.
Everything works perfectly, it's practical and reassuring.
