Easy to use.
I was able to handle it all online before I arrived. As long as I had all the codes, it worked out really well. Lockers were a nice size

It wasn't fully clear that it was an online booking only when I looked online, but it was fairly easy to book when I arrived. Otherwise it was excellent!

Although the ad advised their was room for 4 cabin sized suitcases, we had 3 soft shell cabin suitcases & a expandable carry bag & it was a little tight. Maybe if we had 4 hard shell suitcases they may have fitted in easier. Everything else was great; value for money, we booked the previous day, website ease of use, confirmation email & text, directions & ability to access the locker whenever we needed to during the day. I would use this service in future.
Very good idea as our suitcase couldn’t be with us during a day out in Paris. Very easy to control however quite expensive but at least our belongings were safe.

Very convenient to use locker near the Eiffel Tower area. Also, it's price worthy! We paid 15€ for entire locker which fits 3-4 cabin bags. You can only book the lockers via online and you can store from 08:00-22:00 hrs.

We found the place easily, purchased a locker rental within minutes online and got immediate access to the secure facility. The buttons on the keypad were a bit hard to press and hear - luckily, other users were there to tell us which numbers needed to be pressed harder in order to register.
A very efficient system. A few minutes and you have your reservation. Good communication.
The city locker facility was very convenient for us. The lockers are also pretty good in size. This definitely made our travel easier and hassle free after checking out from our accommodation on the last day. The booking was also very convenient online.

It was difficult to open the door when we were back to pick up our bags. There were no easy instructions how to open the door
Very straightforward process
We booked 12 lockers in Paris a few months ahead of our trip. We had 6 people and 18 pieces of various sized luggage. The code for the door, and the code for the lockers was sent me well in advance, and we had no trouble accessing the lockers. However I’m our particular location, the keypad on the door took a couple of times for us to be able to enter. Other than that, it was a smooth and easy process!
