Easy to use and pay for. We received an instant message and an email with the codes for the door and lockers. Perfect size for our luggage.
Very easy to use. Location was central and clean. Luggage was placed in single lockers that stayed locked (not backroom of a store or hotel) with a code that only I had. I felt this was a very safe and convenient luggage locker.

Easy to navigate, easy to book! After booking I needed to make a change to add a day at the front end (not extend), and the used the contact on the email I received. Once I explained what I needed, Benoit got it done quickly and efficiently. Bravo!
Works great inspite of my fear!
Very practical when the trains are at the end of the day and the hotels/apartments have to be returned early. However, the locker had a problem retrieving our luggage: the code given didn't work, so a person inside had to open it for me. Same problem with the locker code, this time we had to do it 3 times before they opened.

Easy to book, easy to access from both stations (North & East), easy to operate. Must if you want to save time. The price might be slightly higher than than the left baggage in the station, but definitely worth it.

Realmente sencillo de contratar, precios claros, app intuitiva y sencilla, al momento se recibe sms con códigos, la verdad es que el servicio está muy bien y muy cómodo de usar. Las taquillas muy bien, contraté dos, y si lo se contrato sólo una, cabían cuatro troleys perfectamente y una mochila, el espacio es generoso.

The instructions were very clear, except perhaps how slowly you needed to enter the locker codes. However, we called the help number and got a response right away, so that was good!
