Everything as expected. Easy to use, good vigilance. Totally recommended.

We found a tampon in the room, and it wasn’t clean overall.

Location was pretty good, only short walk to RoissyBus stop to get to the airport. Cleanliness could have been better, the flooring needs renovation at some point soon. Lockers itself worked well!

The quality of the lockers is very low. They are not safe at all. The door of one of the lockers had been broken in order to take the contents out. Since the doors are made of some sort of plywood it was not difficult to break it.

Gemakkelijk online te boeken, ruime en propere lockers, ik gebruikte 2 verschillende centraal gelegen locaties. Codes werden snel bezorgd. Enige nadeel: toetsenbord reageerde niet altijd goed waardoor code meermaals moest worden ingebracht. Bij een volgende citytrip boek ik zeker weer een locker.

The website and sign-up were easy. Don't remember how long it took to provide the access codes. But I enrolled the night before just to be sure.

Hay que tener la precaucione de reservar, porque cuando fuimos con nuestro locker reservado una chica ya no pudo tener un locker, estaban todos ocupados. Por lo demás: un servicio genial!

The marketing online leads you to believe the service is cheaper than it actually is. It’s quite expensive and the locker is WAY to small! This service costed me more hassle then help. Will not use again.

The site was very easy to use and to book the lockers. The location of this particular facility was clearly marked when we made the reservation.

We reserved a locker a few months in advance and it was easy & hassle free.

Locker are not big enough, a bit surprising that a service like that close at 22h00

I had no problems making the reservation, but when I needed they to help me bc my locker had problems, the guy who attended the call was really really rude and had me waiting around half hour for a code.

Zeer makkelijk om te regelen. Zijn grote lockers. Dit had op de foto wel beter aangegeven kunnen worden. Goede locatie , makkelijk te vinden en makkelijk toegang met codes.

We used the lockers after we had checked out of our accommodation. The location was excellent and the lockers were clean and a good size. When I booked online, I got a confirmation email straight away and the access details were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely use again

Very practical

Not bad. Keypad is a bit temperamental - had to try unlock codes a few times Lockers are slightly too small to comfortably fit a standard large check in suitcase. The suitcase fits (on an angle), but does not allow for much else to fit, or certainly not a second suitcase. If you have a large check in suitcase and other baggage, suggest booking two lockers

Too bad you can't pay with bancontact.
