Locker area was secure with no issues. My only complaints are to the company, that there is no hourly rate for people who only needs to leave their bags for a few hours not the full day but have to pay the full day rate. Also that if I’m paying the full day rate, I should be able to come and open the locker as needed throughout the day since I paid for the full day.
Goede maat locker, kunnen gemakkelijk 3 van die kleine handbagage koffertjes in. Betalen kan helaas niet met Ideal, dat was een beetje jammer. Wel met PayPal maar dan moet je wel je wachtwoord weten op vakantie

Very easy to use. Very large locker for 2 cabin suitcases plus medium-sized backpack. Very good location in relation to the Eiffel Tower.
Good set up, easy to book, passwords for premises and lockers easy to use. Lockers can take 1 large + 1 medium suitcase + bag. Some lockers are higher and might be tricky for lifting heavy luggage. Pay attention to hours of access. Overall good service.
Perfect, code arrived immediately and everything worked great. I was able to pick my bag up in the morning at 8am.
Easy and convenient. So happy we used these lockers because we were able to walk around all day without worrying about our bags before we could check in to our AirBnB. Also, went on a 3 day side trip but didn't want to lug all our luggage.

This is an excellent option for those who arrive early in the am into Europe but aren’t able to check in to their hotel or AirBnb until the afternoon. Safe place to leave your bags and go explore and have a meal before you get to your hotel or apartment. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service. We store our luggage in the Le Halles location. Be aware that the address is not in the mall but like 8 minutes walk so if you need a train for/from the airport you need to take the time and the distance in consideration

Easy registration, and booking on the website. With the received code was easy to get inside. Opening the reserved locker was a bit harder: you have to type the code slow enough to recognise it. Anyway, good service, but would be better somewhere closer to metro station.
