The idea is good but leaving everything at the service of a computer is not so good. There is no staff to guide or assist you, much less someone to help you if you make a mistake. There is also no option to change the reservation date, after a mistake, horrible.
No pongo cero estrellas porque no se puede. Hice una reserva de una taquilla para dejar mis maletas en Paris y jamás pude usar el servicio. Las claves que me dieron para abrir la puerta y la taquilla, no funcionaron, llamé al teléfono de soporte que tienen, para que me ayudaran y jamás me atendieron. Deje tres mensajes en el contestador y jamás me llamaron para darme soporte. Eso si, los 8€ que pagué por hacer la reserva anticipada, si que los han cobrado. He pedido a PayPal que me devuelvan el dinero que les he pagado, ya que no han cumplido con su compromiso. El servicio de atención al cliente una autentica vergüenza. Jamás volveré a usar City Locker y por supuesto no voy a recomendárselo a nadie. Una estafa y una basura de servicio.
El servicio es muy util y conveniente, sin embargo los metodos de pago no, el portal de pago no aceptaba mi tarjeta porque no tengo acceso a los mensajes que recibo en ni número de teléfono en otro país
You said 4 bags in one locker. We could hardly fit one in one locker. It was pathetic expensive experience
The website said it would fit 4 suitcases, but in the end only 2 could fit. Also I paid twice with my card to buy water from the vending machine in the store, but in the end, the water didn't come out and the money was deducted from my card twice. I didn't feel good about the final result.

Does not charge hourly rates and i had to pay full daily rate even for using it just for 2 hours. They never pick up the phone and the door doesn’t even open properly so I had to wait until someone else who was already inside opened for me. Locker only fits in 1 large check in luggage

I didn't receive my access code so I could not make use of my locker. After trying to call the 'hotline' four times and not being answered, i left and use another facility. I haven't received any form of contact or refund.

I did not receive the code to actually get into the locker in the confirmation email. When I called, there was no response. As the lockers are non-refundable I would not recommend as I cannot get the money back.

According to the website, the lockers had a capacity of 4 suitcases each which was NOT TRUE, as we were barely able to fit one suitcase at the most, making us scramble to find another place to store our remaining luggage. The language in the website was very misleading as to the actual capacity of each locker.
Zugangscode hat nicht funktioniert. Notfall Hotline nicht erreichbar. Es erfolgte kein Rückruf. Hätten nicht andere Kunden die Tür für uns geöffnet, wären wir nicht mehr an unser Gepäck ran gekommen.
I needed to keep my luggage for 1 hour but Citylocker charged me for one day with a time limit until 22:00h. If i need to keep my luggage until 22:30 i would need to pay for a second day!

They didn't return the deposit, they didn't solve the problems that had arisen.
Jeez this was scary. We used two lockers for 2 hours. I got nervous and went back to pull our stuff out and upon returning noticed that another locker had been ripped open (the locker doors are particle board). Another couple walked in and asked us about our experience as they were weary of the security as well. They had paid for a locker but never got a code emailed in. They had to call customer service for the locker combo and while we were there the punched in the number and their locker was filled with someone else’s stuff! I’m not kidding. Company gave out someone’s locker combo to another customer and a locker was broken into in the span of two hours that we used the service. Very scary and super lucky we got away unscathed. Avevo capito che il locker fosse dentro la stazione. Oltre a ciò, sia in fase di deposito che in fase di ritiro, ho dovuto effettuare 4/5 tentativi prima di riuscire. Oltre a me anche un altro gruppi di persone che stava effettuando il deposito. Sarebbe molto utile avere un display che mostri il codice che si sta immettendo (al limite, per sicurezza, cifrato...giusto per capire se non sono rimasti in memoria altri caratteri). Con 6 euro avrei potuto depositare i bagagli in un negozio...a 15 euro mi aspettavo molto molto meglio!!!

When I booked the locker, I did not pay attention to the luggages’ dimensions mentioned. Such information should be clear - it is mentioned below the renting date (you have to scroll down to see it). So anyway, i could not fit my luggage in the locker, and there was no one there to discuss about the refund or cancellation - it is a self service I guess.

When we arrived back to luggage, the PIN’s was not working. On other tourist report me the same issue, she bought a new ticket to open the door. It’s not fair.

More expensive than the lockers in the station and not accessible 24/24h. I had to take a rental in the station because my train left at 8am and citylockers opens at 8am (this was not specified in the online reservation).

Very poorly managed .When I went to pick up my luggage, an incident happend that the auto-lock door didn't open. So I couldn't enter the room. I checked and entered my PIN many times, but it didn't open at all. A couple close to me noticed the trouble, they told me their PIN and finally the door opened. If I didn't meet them ,I would miss the Eurostar on the way home. I won't use it next time.

Unfortunately, the door did not open with the code we were given, even after the designated opening time. We were on a tight time schedule, so we had to scramble to find a nearby hotel to pay to leave our bags and didn’t get to use the locker we paid for.
When I was leaving my luggage at the locker another group arrived and they had a reservation with the exact same code and locker as I had. By chance I was still at the location. otherwise I might got my stuff robbed.
