While it was easy to navigate and close to the station, it did not fit as much as it said it could so I was required to buy two lockers.
Location was good.
In the end, I had to pay for a second locker because, contrary to what was indicated, the lockers don't take 4 suitcases...

Very practical and easy-to-use service, but misleading about the volume you can fit in a locker! On the website before ordering, a small animation showed that you could fit 4 suitcases... I could only fit 2 and had to rent another locker... so it's expensive for what it is
Todo excelente pero un poco caro
The explanation by sms could be in French and clearer. It would also seem that there is no possibility of deleting a number in the event of a mistake... A reminder the day before or the same day would also be appreciated instead of searching in the messaging system...
We found different locker stores on the area and chose this company. When we arrived, there was a post in the entrance saying that the lockers were from 2 to 15€, but when we made the reservation, the only option available was 15€, and not because of availability, but because all the lockers in that store were big (so 15€ for each one). We didn't want to lose more time looking for another company and paid the 15€ even when we had a couple of small bags. It is sad when the post says something that is not true. It is just false advertising
Interesting concept, box grand, but name your sites after the nearest metro station or street.

The door to the city locker was very difficult open. After try #12 it opens. A telephone or other support was not available.
Relatively expensive luggage storage
Paid way in advance and got codes to use the lockers right away, which was good. Olympics street closures and bus detours I did not foresee prevented me from utilizing the lockers. It was close to Champs de Mars (area of opening and closing ceremony for 2024 Olympics). No refunds, so I lost €36!!!

Not inexpensive
The opening hours are too short in the evenings, and the terms of use are misleading as to the consequences of leaving items overnight. Responsive customer service nonetheless.
Not very close to train station (Gare de Lyon) and have to book online, lucky for us they accept PayPal
The size of the cabinet was not true. Doesn’t fit 4 carry-on luggage.
Ideally, there would be a cancellation window, which would make it even easier to use. It would also be nice if they offered a half-day option, not just full-day rentals.
El local no está tan cerca de la Torre Eiffel, hay que caminar bastante, el moverse dentro del local cuando coincides con otras personas resulta incómodo, lo positivo es el tamaño del lockers, es grande y cómodo para 4 maletas.
Such a great idea, easy to unlock with the codes. However the locker was not clean. The location was very far from the train station, would be more convenient if it was closer to transport links.
Smelled badly inside
Quite good, the locker had some difficulties to open, only at the third attempt it opened. I suggest to specify better which code is to enter at the front door and which one at the keyboard inside
It would be great to have a possibility to cancel my booking before started the booking time. My plans changed and I didn't use lockers - just lost money on it. Fast online booking in general, very usefeull.

The lock was much smaller, then expected. It was stated that 4 carry on luggage’s fit, however we hardly fitted 2. had to book a second one.
It is not located at Chatelet Les Halles. It is about 15 minutes' walk away. This is a hassle when people have bulky luggage and are pressed for time. I resent being given inaccurate information when it is important.
Practical but very expensive
We used three locker and had to go out of the storageroom and enter the doorcode before the lockercode worked. When we wanted to get the baggage out, one of the lockers didn't open. We had to try several times. To much money for the service we got. Why is there no variety in timeslots? We only needed a straße for two hours and had to pay for a day. Thatfore we rate only average.
On-street keypad malfunctions: some buttons are tired and the keypad is so homey that you can't tell whether the button has worked or not (no sound or screen). Crazy prices and misleading advertising: we are told one price, but when it comes time to pay, it's double!...
I think that you should offer a family discount as a family of four with suitcases need 2-3 lockers. meaning that you would have to pay 30-45 euro for a single day, which is expensive

Online sign in easy. Door access easy. Locker opening ok. Main difficulty is crowding. The space between the left side and right side kickers is too narrow. When one person is using their locker then nobody can pass by to another locker. This causes stress and some anger if someone is repacking their storage items.
I never made it there! Can I get a refund?
Accessibility could be described a bit better, with photos, maybe?
Very good concept. We used it just for a half day and checking in was very fast and easy. We were lucky there were other people, because the code did not always work on the door. We typed it in correctly but the door did not open. The people before us also had this issue. The door did not open with them. Please check this 🙂
Basically, the service works fine - guidance is clear, location is within a walking distance from both railway stations. The only thing misleading is the price - one would expect that 15 euros is the price for overnight keeping while in fact it's 15 euros for one day no matter when one drops the luggage and another 15 euros even if you collect at 08.00 in the morning! I would not use such expensive storage if it would be possible to find another storage with early collection time (before sqay 09.00)/
It was not as close to the station as I expected….!
