Excellent. A handy service located between Gare du Nord and Gare l'Este, and closer to the latter. It is not staffed, and operates entirely based on online booking and keypads. Separate codes are issued for the door in the street and for each locker, and they are unique to each user. What is more, if you rent a locker across several days, the codes for door and locker change each day. All codes are issued to you when your booking is paid for and confirmed. We found the place easily,b it was clean enough, in an area frequented by many travellers. There is an unavoidable set of stairs if you approach from Gare l'Este, so be prepared to carry your luggage. We found the booking and usage process seamless, and would recommend if you need to store luggage in Paris near the stations.

Good option. Only need to have option to pay money by ideal & also direct phone pick up service on emergency number instead only chat.

This is a great service - accessible, convenient and easy to use. The size of the lockers is generous, either for those with large cases or travelling lightly but as a group. The only aspect I'd change would be to have a different entry code for the door, located on a busy street, and the locker itself once inside. It strikes me that this would make it even more secure.

Hello, very satisfied with the concept we will reuse, by account disappointed that after an exchange with customer service by mail we were directed to purchase 3 boxes or 36 euros explaining that it was jne suitcase per box ..., while once on site our 3 suitcases + a backpack fit into 2 lockers, we paid 12 euros too ... can you make a gesture?

Had a fantastic experience - great location 5 mins walk from the Gare du Nord, totally efficient - love that you get codes and manage access yourself. Great customer service when I had to extend my rental. Excellent all round!
