The locker wouldnt open with the code, so we couldnt use the service. There were 4 other people waiting inside who aklso couldnt access their locker. One guy was o0n the phone to the help line phone nummber, but there was nobody picking up the phone to help

Super easy and safe.
Very happy. For one bag, the price would have been a bit much, but we had 3 big bags and we wanted to enjoy our final day in Paris without carrying all the stuff around. 15 euros feels like a bit much for storage, but it was right in the city center close to the places we wanted to see on our last day. 15 euros for freedom was worth it in my opinion!
Locker didn't close properly after I revisited to retrieve something. I called the emergency line 5 times: nobody answered.

The buttons to type in the code do not work properly. I had to reenter the code 5-6 times for it to work, and this had already been the case when I used it in October 2022. Also a large spanish family (15+) entered the citylocker so we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they would not move... Other than that nothing to say, simple and efficace...would use again

Well located and secure. The keypads on the door and outside were pretty temperamental so required several attpts at code entry but I read this was the case so expected that. Otherwise was convenient & easy to book. Would use again

The booking web app is easy to use. The passwords immediately arrived on my cell phone: one is for the front door, the other for opening the locker. The last digits of the pw identify the assigned locker.

Lugar fácil de llegar, los compartimientos son amplios, nosotros colocamos 3 maletas de cabina y 1 mochila perfectamente. Te pasan por SMS códigos para la puerta y para el compartimiento. Estaba todo muy limpio.
