Easy & fast to register

I had problems with opening my locker so I tried to contact the service multiple times within the opening hours. I called as well as wrote an email but did not get any answer. Fortunately, I managed to handle the situation on my own, but for 12 euros that I paid I should have received the help I needed immediately.

Suggests it is present at Chatelet les Halles, in fact it is 10 minutes aeay from it.

Lockers were great but the codepanel on the frontdoor was old and from times to times the door didn't open even when the code was right

I traveled to Paris in late May and had several hours before I could check into my Air BnB and didn’t want to haul my bags everywhere. I used the Châtelet - Les Halles lockers for several hours. It was close by to the major tourist spots. I booked online and didn’t get a code for the door/locker immediately but emailed the company with my confirmation booking # and they resent a code in the following hour. I would use this company again and recommend for luggage storage.

Is a great service. Love that is autoservice.

While my experience with City Locker got off to a rough start, I can’t really blame the company. I had initially thought that the locker locations were staffed, and so I was never considered how I would access my locker if the lockers were not staffed — which in fact is the case. Turns out after the fact I found an email in my “junk” folder with all the necessary access information — but that didn’t help much, because I never checked there. Fortunately, I was able to reach someone at their central office, and they were able to provide the needed access codes. BOTTOM LINE: Check your email and if you don’t see anything, check your “spam/junk” folder!

Not very ergonomic on the mobile.

City lockers was perfect for us to store our luggage until our flight later that evening. You reserve the lockers online and receive a door code and locker code. We found that one of the lockers assigned to us did not work so we called and within 30 seconds they changed our locked and even popped it open for us. Note: each locker can fit one large checked suitcase or two small carryon sized suitcases.

At first we weren't sure about leaving the bags there and thought "what if something happens and we cannot have our stuff at the time of the flight?". But it was the perfect solution for our last day in Paris. So easy, and with many different options. Will definitely tell my friends about this.

Very usefull. Follow use instructions carefull and will not be hard to access (qr cod at location). Big deposit boxes .

Received the email with locker codes very quickly, and getting into the building was very easy and secure. I enjoyed the flexibility of the full day access, so I could stop by to pick something up out of my bag as needed.
