O serviço passa muita segurança! Foi essencial utilizar o locker para guardar meus pertences e poder aproveitar um pouco mais da cidade de Paris. Consegui facilmente receber as orientações para acessar o local e o armário disponibilizado, que tem um tamanho excelente!

Realmente sencillo de contratar, precios claros, app intuitiva y sencilla, al momento se recibe sms con códigos, la verdad es que el servicio está muy bien y muy cómodo de usar. Las taquillas muy bien, contraté dos, y si lo se contrato sólo una, cabían cuatro troleys perfectamente y una mochila, el espacio es generoso.

The instructions were very clear, except perhaps how slowly you needed to enter the locker codes. However, we called the help number and got a response right away, so that was good!
It was easy to book on the website and find the location. The place and the lockers were secure.

A bit expensive
So simple and convenient. We needed a solution to a very common problem—had to check out of our Airbnb by 13h00 and had flight time of 21h00. Citylocker is that solution. 3 standard carry-on roller bags plus a backpack fit for us in the locker and the price was absolutely reasonable. The space was bright, clean, and secure, and the location so convenient. Such a great service—wish it existed in more cities.

It is easy to find. The place is not very clean but to store 2 small suitcases a drawer was enough so it was cheap.

Received the code straight away. No fuss
The locker must be rented online, with access codes provided by an email. Other customers had more trouble than we did understanding the system; they didn't realise they had to check theri emails and were waiting for a text message. The lockers are a generous size; we easily fitted 2 people's carry-on luggage into 1 locker.
