It was fairly easy to use and get to. For reference, our family of 5 needed 3 lockers for 5 small suitcases, 5 carry-ons, jackets, and a few misc items. It was good that it opened at 8:00am (the others opened at 10:00) and it was open on Jan 1 (others were not).
Difficult to open the door by entering pin code. The input must be done very slowly….

Easy enough to find, The lockers are secure as you have to type the code in SLOWLY and it is obvious when you get it correctly. Nice neighborhood, nice places to eat and some shopping. Near bus and Metro lines.

The site is very easy to use and already shows us all the information we need.
Not happy paid for 4 lockers however when I went one was being used and was full of someone’s cases. This is very unsafe as items could be stolen. And I have not been refunded either

The lockers were very easy to access and convenient to our apartment. A good value for storing our luggage on our first day in Paris.
Before booking the lockers I talked to customer support. I told them we had 4 carry ons and 4 backpacks. They suggested we book 4 lockers. We only needed two. I asked for a refund. I have reached out to them several times without any response. I am not happy with the service.
The lockers are full of dirt. They should be cleaned daily. The size of the locker could be better specified before purchase. In our case, we paid for 2 lockers to put 3 suitcases in and then we saw that everything would have fit perfectly in one locker. Impossible to request a refund.

Smooth. Only problem could be that there is no person at the locations. Have to rely on help through phone or email. They are responsive though.
Easy to use and secure. First time using city locker but not the last! Lockers hold more than we anticipated! A large + small rolling duffle or 2 rolling bags plus 1-2 backpacks. Great option for travel days without luggage hassles.
