I took the money for 24 hours), but I only used it for 4 hours (2 boxes). and the money was not returned

DO NOT book in advance, wait until the last minute. This service is designed for travelers, BUT it is not possible to change or modify any booking made... While trips change due to unforeseen events, delays, etc. Our site should clearly state that all bookings are definitive, and not just by looking in the terms and conditions. Even their FAQ doesn't make this clear.

We start at €2 and end up paying €12 to leave a bag for 1 hour. Lame.
I had to cancel my trip with my children because of CIVID, of course it was my son who was positive. But what can I do, go on my own... no Of course you offered me a credit note but I don't have a definite date. You're really not accommodating. I don't know if I'll call you again.
Very easy to use
Safe place and easy to use. Totally recommend it to enjoy the city without your luggage. The lockers have planty of space, fitting 3 bags (airplane cabin size) and some back pack.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wanted to cancel my reservation but this was not possible and customer service made no effort and categorically refused...

The location was great for Chatelet and the locker was more than big enough for our 3 carry-on suitcases and would have fit larger suitcases if we needed. We had an issue accessing the lock up with our code but were able to text to get it sorted as soon as possible so there was no major delay.
Convenient, but only one day pass at 15 euros, which is very expensive when you only need a deposit for a few hours,
