An excellent solution and easy to operate. Everything worked as it should

I messed up and booked the wrong day. Staff were helpful and sorted it. Small niggle - all communication was by email & text. I did not spot their email response telling me it was sorted so I tried calling the provided number but no reply - which was frustrating.

Easy to use, the code for the locker arrived quickly.

Very easy to reserve and perfect service.

The locker was much larger than we expected and easily held 2 carry on bags plus 3 small laptop size bags and some shopping. The entire process was easy and it was a short stroll to both stations.(we arrived at one and left from the other). Would absolutely use again

I had a great experience with City Locker. It was convenient (happened to be close to our hotel), and they were very prompt with the access information, and the instructions were good. On top of that, I needed to extend the reservation by a day, and the person I worked with via email was very helpful in extending the reservation. This was a great service and I would definitely recommend.

I was afraid someone would take my stuff but the locker was perfectly fine and my stuff exactly as I left them for 5 whole days! Definitely recommend!

Good but not perfect

Everything worked perfectly, the locker is easy to use. The price is quite high because you are obliged to book a whole day. And the location is not really near chatelet, the nearest metro station is Reaumur Sebastopol.

Smooth process - used both desktop and mobile apps. Immediate email/SMS with access codes, link to the maps address and photo of the entrance.

I didn’t reserve the locker upfront, but arrived, registered on the website, got in within a minute. Easy to use. Great service.

Easy, handy and very well located, a few min walk from Saint Lazare Train station and Opera / Roissy Bus, it's super practical a bit pricey if you only need it for a few hours (between check out and transport for instance) as they only do prices for the full day, but I am satisfied

Very large locker, easy to understand how to access the locker, locks by itself; the code has just a few problems - you didn't have to type too fast for it to be taken into account, but nothing very serious; you feel lighter without luggage.

Everything with city locker was perfect for our early arrival in Paris. We dropped off our bags and kept busy until our apartment was ready. No problems at all!!

We had to wait 20 minutes because our code wasn’t working and nobody answered the phone, although after this incident everything went fine.

It was easy and fast, in my opinion a bit expensive, but a place to leave your bags if you have no other options.
