Very useful for travellers needs. Wonderful location - not far from the shopping centres, restaurants, Roissy bus CDG Airport, ReR A to Disneyland and a supermarket. Information about usage is available next to the door via QR code. The locker is to order online which is very clear and easy to do.
Convenient and Easy
It's perfect, really useful, a bit expensive and the digicodes are a bit difficult to manipulate the first time, you have to type slowly but not too much, but the system works well. The lockers can only hold one large suitcase (30kg) or several cabin suitcases.
Great location, minutes,away from Gare Du Nord, easy to access.

Perfect service, nothing to say. A day in Paris before catching the train with my wife and two children was a big help, rather than lugging around suitcases.
Everthing perfekt
Good way to store luggage. Lockers are quite large. We reserved three lockers because we had 6 suitcases and, in the end, we only used 2 lockers. There is no possibility to cancel or modify the reservation once you have paid. That is not right.
It should have a bath and a table to make us take things without have to put the luggage on the floor.
Door code didn't work, luckily someone was able to let us in.

Literally booked use of this locker the night before I needed it after a quick Google search. The access codes were texted and emailed immediately, & Google maps directed us easily from Gare de l'Est. It is a 5 minute walk from both Gare de L'Est and Gare du Nord. Good size locker - fitted a large suitcase plus bags inside. Only downside is some are up high - it took me and my husband to lift it due to the weight (family of 4) so just something to bear in mind if you are a lone traveller, or family travelling with only 1 adult. Can't fault the service - it did exactly what we needed it to do, and our luggage was stored safely for the day
Il city Locker funziona bene ma non dal telefono, se sei in viaggio di enta scomodo prenotare da PC o chiedere a qualcuno...specificherei meglio che è solo online. Per il resto funziona bene!

The service itself is very good. Ordering & paying the locker in advance was simple. However, I think the price is a little bit too high.
We just wanted to leave one suitcase for 2 hours and we had to pay for the whole day... 🙁 15 euros..... As there was no one to talk to on the phone or in the place... Won't do it this way again
Straight forward and easy to follow instructions. I couldn't do check-in till late and this place secured my belongings while I went out to explore Paris. Would definitely use this service again!
City Locker was a life-saver when I had hours to kill before my flight out of Paris and didn't want to drag lots of luggage with me. I had gone first to Bounce Luggage which felt like a scheme because they were not at the address given (I'm glad I didn't pay site unseen). City Locker was great, everything worked as expected, they cost was reasonable and I felt safe the whole time.

Convenient, Secure way to store your bags so that you can explore Paris between travel or lodging check-in. This is located right near the Seine, Notre Dame, and the Jardin du Luxembourg. Its a great place for photos, souvenir shopping, and choice of many cafes for dining.
I love City locker! We were able to Story our 2 backpacks in this HUGE lockers easily. Its very save with door combination + locker combination. Although i rate only 4 Stars because the locker was quite für from any train Station.
