Straight forward and easy to use, worked great. Only suggestion I would have is that since there is no kiosk, you need to have an internet connection to get a locker (may be difficult for international travelers).
The access was super easy, it felt safe and reliable. They have one door on the entrance and in the locker which gives a good sense of security.
All the information was provided when the Locker was booked.

It was a very clean place and we felt safe leaving our luggage there. The only problem we had was to get into the room. We had some problems opening the door with the code. But in total: we were very happy with booking the locker.

The box was broken and we had to use a lace to keep it closed. The phone for inquires didn't work. Also the vending machine didn't give us the products paid. A bad experience and a waste of time.
