Very easy to order and complete information was sent quickly.
Easy in use.
The location was great for Chatelet and the locker was more than big enough for our 3 carry-on suitcases and would have fit larger suitcases if we needed. We had an issue accessing the lock up with our code but were able to text to get it sorted as soon as possible so there was no major delay.
Convenient, but only one day pass at 15 euros, which is very expensive when you only need a deposit for a few hours,

The website was mostly easy to use. However, it would be nice if the company partnered with Google translate so that the page could be translated into English or any other appropriate language. I was able to navigate by copying sentences into Google translate. Thank you!
