The service itself with the code for the door and the locker and everything was good. The neighbourhood that the building was in hoeverre, felt very unsafe.

Unpleasant customer service. Very bad with customers in case they have any questions. The lockers were dirty and the information about suitcase dimensions is not correct.
Everything went very smoothly. The only difficulty was finding the location. The site needs better explanations. It's not easy to find when you're carrying a heavy suitcase.
