It’s very convenient but one of the lockers got stuck and it was hard to open. Others had issues with the door code.
Clean and safe. Did not reserve in advance and just registered at the door.
I hate that you have to supply your email. It should be that you put money in the machine and you have access to the locker. Second the machine gave me access to a locker that was already used. I had to get a third locker just to put our stuff.
Amazing choice to leave your luggage and go walk around to the city. So safe and easy to use!

Great way to store your luggage when your plan arrives at 9:30 am but you can’t get into your apt until 4pm! Easily booked the service the night before on my phone from the airport. No problems at all.
Citylocker at Gare du Nord was clean, well lit and secure. The directions with the code to unlock the main door and locker were sent right away and were easy to follow. The lockers fit a large suitcase plus a backpack.
Loved the City Lockers! We came to Paris from London and couldn't check in to our air bnb and we had tickets to the Eiffel Tower. This completely saved us! They were easy to use and figure out!

A really safe locker for your luggage when you have a late flight and want to spend some more time in the city without worrying about your luggage! Its really easy to use actually and the room is big enough to fit 3-4 carry on luggage!

So easy and convenient would definitely recommend, so safe and secure. only thing is it says it can fit 3 luggages but ours did fit so we had to get another one so depending how big your luggages are you may not fit 3 but would use again! and would recommend to everyone
