The city locker was an excellent service for my rendezvous!

Everything went fine, but the prices should be different according to the time you need to keep the suitcases. You pay the same if you use the locker the entire day or half a day or even one hour and it doesn't make sense. Also, the day you pay shouldn't end at 10pm, it also doesn't make sense since it's an automatic place and you pay an entire day of locker.

Easy registration, and booking on the website. With the received code was easy to get inside. Opening the reserved locker was a bit harder: you have to type the code slow enough to recognise it. Anyway, good service, but would be better somewhere closer to metro station.

No service, it was all self-service. Happy to pay the fine as it was my fault but nothing can be done till the next day was ridiculous. This is supposed to bring convenience but it’s the other way around.

Thank you for asking about my experience. Overall, they are rather negative. When we entered the room, other users were already desperately trying to open their lockers. Our Locker also did not open after several attempts. The keypad does not allow for a reset or input correction. Only after I entered the code in the entrance door again did the Locker open. Apparently, the system cannot process several customers at the same time. The input device at the front door does not always react correctly and is much too old. No one could be reached personally at the hotline number. The price should at least be chosen gradually depending on the rental period. Overall, I would think twice before using this service again.

After I had put the luggage in the compartment, I wanted to try opening it again for later, just to be on the safe side. Well, the code I entered was no longer accepted and the compartment could no longer be opened. But the code I entered was definitely correct. To be honest, I also had the feeling that someone in the background was having fun and deliberately not accepting the code. I was able to open it a few hours later, but City Locker definitely ruined the last day of my holiday, because the whole time I couldn't be sure that I would be able to get my luggage out again in time. I was thinking about my luggage the whole time. Next time, I will use the locker at the station.

Very simple solution to storing bags while traveling. Lockers were large, clean and easy to acess. Station was in a safe area and cost of storage was reasonable. Phone contact available to assist with access issues for someone who dies not speak French. I highly recommend this service.

There's nothing to say about safety and cleanliness. However, it's a bit expensive and it's a pity not to have the choice of the time needed for parking. But the lockers are a good idea.

Easy & fast to register

I had problems with opening my locker so I tried to contact the service multiple times within the opening hours. I called as well as wrote an email but did not get any answer. Fortunately, I managed to handle the situation on my own, but for 12 euros that I paid I should have received the help I needed immediately.

Suggests it is present at Chatelet les Halles, in fact it is 10 minutes aeay from it.
