Easy access, great location, good conditions

Place isn't bad.

City locker is great, but it wasn’t obvious that I needed to book in advance and wait for an email. I bumped into another traveller at the lockers that gave me that info. That said, it was very easy to understand how to open the door, and how the lockers worked once I reserved online. Great service, easy to access, and an excellent location!

Customer service was quick and responsive when I accidentally booked the wrong location. Really loved the locker system, easy to get in and out. I felt that my belongings were safe and secure.

Extremely simple and easy to use. Code(s) received via Mail, entered at the door and the panel inside. Done!

It's easy to use. the locker is spacious but only fit for 2 middle-size of baggage.

Everything was great but the number pad for entering to the lockers room was not accepting my code until the fourth time I tried.

Just make sure you type the numbers very, very slowly. Otherwise it doesn't work.

Reserving the locker was easy and and I received the codes by email and sms right away. Storage room location was great. Once inside the place was cleaned and locker was big enough for my suitcase. The issue for me was the keypad to enter the place did not easily recognized the code. When I dropped the suitcase, I had to enter the code 5 times before room door opened. When picking suitcase up it didn't work at all, luckily someone was inside and helped me get in. There is nobody on site to help in these cases and no contact number where one cloud call to ask help on these type of issues.

Quick and easy. Instant booking! Great location: right next to the Roissy Bus stop for Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. Perfect for a tourist arriving by plane whose arrival in Paris is several hours before the apartment is available. Thank you very much!

Easy to reserve online and to enter the code to open the door and the locker. Our locker large enough for two 22" suitcases and 2 small bags. Very convenient location about 2 blocks from Gare de l'Est (although Google maps took us on a longer path to get there). It was 15 Euros for all day.
