It was almost impossible to get in. We have to call them several times to solve the problem.

Everything at the website was described so as it was on the street. We were able to put 2 “big cabin luggage” to the storage compartment.

Big Lockers & Convenient We had an evening flight on our last day in Paris so reserved a "City Locker" in the area we'd be visiting so that we could go straight to the airport rather than return to our hotel to grab our luggage. The lockers are sizeable & for €12 you can squeeze in multiple bags (vs other services that charge by the bag) ... we had 3 carryon bags (1 'wheelie' bag & 2 backpacks) they they fit comfortably ... I don't think that 2 'wheelie' carryon bags would fit though. The facility & lockers were secure (personal access code to enter from the street, personal access code & locker code to access your locker). There are discounts for multiple days (good for city/country vacations where you don't want to haul around more formal city cloths everywhere) ... and not sure if it provides an 'in & out' (to retrieve something you left in the locker but still leave the luggage).

Ho usato questo servizio durante una breve visita alla città. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà con i codici di accesso ma sono stati risolti velocemente con una semplice telefonata. Molto comodo, armadio spazioso e pulito.

Very good service exceeded all expectation. Had to check out of apartment but because of city locker we were free to enjoy the city for whole extra day.

It's a very good idea and I would use again, there was enough space for 2 small suitcases and it was clean. But I was surprised to see that the front door which needed a code to enter was actually already open. It was broken and wouldn't close behind us either. So anyone can just walk in to the area where these lockers are. The lockers themselves are secure, are used by lots of people and there are also security cameras so felt OK to leave stuff there anyway.
