Horrible experience! I paid for the service and then a code was never sent to my email. I’ve put in multiple complaints and tried calling the help line many times but have received no help.
After reserving the locker and arriving at the city locker, we found that it was locked and that the code sent to us did not work to open the door. We also met people in the same situation as us. To make matters worse, the answering machine went dead every time we tried to contact customer service. As you can imagine, we didn't get the service we had paid for and, despite our messages, we didn't get our money back.
When I arrived to pick up my bags, my door code wouldn't open the door. Others people where locked out as well, and we all waited for over 30 minutes for the door to open during normal business hours. I almost missed my flight. Never again.
They never send me a email with the code, the door was broken and I didn’t use the locker!!! Wish I have my money back! Maybe a turist tramp!
The keypad didn't work to enter the premises. the number given didn't answer.

Locker doesn't work. Door is not locked at all. As I don't have much tine to call and wait for help, I needed to carry all the baggages that day Also I met a one who did not received email and cannot store baggage.
I was never able to use the locker on Saturday April 8. Neither I nor my husband were able to access the lockers. 30€ wasted. Nobody picked up the phone. About 10 people were inside with the same issue. We have videos. Please give me a refund.
Very bad. When we arrived. People were stuck inside because the code to open the door didn't work. We didn't leave our suitcases for fear of being locked out too; I lost 15 euros and we left our suitcases elsewhere.
Very bad experience. I almost lost my airplane due to a problem with the door locker that we cannot open.
Good Day I was unable to locate lockers in the Gare De Nord location. The attendants working there sent me to another locker location and said there was no City Locker. I paid in advance and tried to contact City Lockers by email and no one ever responded. Thank you
The door didn't work. We tried to contact th em but couldn't get through. In the end, we couldn't use the service.
Very far from the estation
The locker wouldnt open with the code, so we couldnt use the service. There were 4 other people waiting inside who aklso couldnt access their locker. One guy was o0n the phone to the help line phone nummber, but there was nobody picking up the phone to help
I mistakenly booked for 25th January instead of 25th February and asked Support whether the booking could be changed but have had no reply. I have now made a separate booking for 25th February and have asked Support whether I may have a refund for the January booking. I have had no reply whatsoever and am very disappointed.
Misinformation regarding the amount of luggage able to fit in locker resulted in us having to purchase a second locker upon arriving. This was further challenged by the fact that no cell reception is able to be accessed in the shop leaving me standing outside in rain trying to purchase locker online. Upon acquiring a second locker it was revealed that our designated locker was faulty and did not properly close. I then proceeded to contact helpline whilst standing outside in rain again only to find the helpline is only in french. Would give zero stars if I could!
Io ed i miei abbiamo prenotato e pagato 6 cassette e non ne abbiamo utilizzata neanche una in quanto non si aprivano Abbiamo atteso più di un'ora, tra tentativi e arrivo del tecnico ma in alcune prove si aprivano, subito dopo, riprovando no. Probabilmente c'era un guasto tecnico. Alla fine ce ne siamo andati nel timore che al ritorno avremmo perso troppo tempo nel riaprirle. Pessima esperienza, inoltre abbiamo fatto presente la problematica via chat, ma non siamo stati neanche risarciti
Not happy paid for 4 lockers however when I went one was being used and was full of someone’s cases. This is very unsafe as items could be stolen. And I have not been refunded either
It says 2 Euros on the website it did cost us 15 euro per bag. just put the upfront price

Before booking the lockers I talked to customer support. I told them we had 4 carry ons and 4 backpacks. They suggested we book 4 lockers. We only needed two. I asked for a refund. I have reached out to them several times without any response. I am not happy with the service.
Impossible to modify or cancel a locker reservation. This penalizes not only the customer, but also future customers who could have benefited from the locker! This is nonsense and outdated business practice.
Flight change problem, I was unable to use the loker and I did not have the opportunity to get my money back. In 2022 this trade policy is not eligible.
Terrible experience. The locker was broken, actually sign-posted as broken, and customer support did not answer when we called. We rented from UseBounce instead, which was great, and Citylocker refused to provide a refund. Avoid.
We had to Pay 3 times beacuse the page change the mail automatically after we confirmed another one, the mail with the pin code never arrive the first 2 times even though we paid them terrible sistem !!!!!
Hello, The idea is great but in practice the door code that city locker gave me was not used to open the door and it was impossible to reach them via the hotline or the contact on the door. All I got was a looped recording. Fortunately another person arrived after me and she had the right code to open the door. So my reservation was correct, since I was then able to open the locker inside. We should have another solution for the code problem, otherwise we end up with a suitcase that we have to lug around all day, even though we had paid for a service in advance.
The box was broken and we had to use a lace to keep it closed. The phone for inquires didn't work. Also the vending machine didn't give us the products paid. A bad experience and a waste of time.
The process of ordering a locker was very complex. So much so that I ended up paying for more than I had to because I originally booked for the wrong date. You should just be able to book a locker on site like most other locker programs in big cities. After a long international flight this process was exhausting for me.
No internet service at the city locker location, lots of problems accessing their system, finally we got the access codes, but again many tries to open the front door. We then deposited our luggage, and left their premise. Upon we tried to retrieve our luggage, first the front door would not open with our correct codes, even the Uber driver tried for us. Finally the front door opened, and we tried to open the locker. Same thing happened, the locker would not open with the correct code. It took something like 30 minutes to retrieve the luggage........what a nightmare dealing with this City Locker

No customer support after 10pm and the lockers can't be operated even if you're in the premises sometimes. Had a horrible experience , couldn't operate the locker and had to change all my flights. Was told by security that police will be called on me. They charged me an extra days stay because their locker won't open on time. Cost me 300 euros to change all my travel plans. Can't recommend at all.

Hello Not satisfied because I had 2 large suitcases / luggage The rental ad makes it seem that you can put 2 to 3 I was able to put only 1, I had to re-rent In addition You are not clear on the price per day. It's 12€/day / it's expensive for 3 days It's not negligible when you rent for 3 days and book online in advance I regretted I preferred to book directly at the SNCF station / you can properly fit the 2 large suitcases and luggage.

Als ich das Gepäck um 18 Uhr abholen wollte ging der Locker nicht auf. Bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer hörte man ein Tonband. Einfach stressig
