Wir haben noch nicht einmal 2 Koffer in das Fach bekommen. Daher mussten wir noch ein zweites Fach dazu buchen. Ab 2 € ist lachhaft 15€ pro Fach. Dafür dann einfach zu teuer.

I think it is very expensive. You could offer the option booking per hours. The option of booking only online is not adapted to people without cell phone, internet or in case your mobile is not charged. whatever. for the rest. it was everything fine and ok. thanks for this service

A little complicated to access the location, and deciphering how to open the door and the lockers ... It can use a hotline phone number to call someone on the fly...

I was charged about 14 euros more than was quoted. I was told for a few hours I could rent a locker for 2 euros and would up being charged about 16 euros. Took me a bit of time to figure out how the door code worked as the instructions were very ambiguous.

The city locker is very practical and conveniently located. On the other hand, it's still expensive: €15 a day for 1 locker... but it's worth it when there's more than one.

When we tried to get back our luggage we couldn't open the locker even we entered the correct pin code. We tried several times but it didn't open and we were in a rush to catch our train. It was very stressful, it was opened after 4th or 5th try. You should check their function frequently since there is no one working at the branch.

Easy to find, but breaks down from time to time; broke down when we arrived, but fortunately the technician was already on site. Neither the front door nor the locker opened properly, but fortunately everything worked fine in the evening.

Expensive, compared to alternatives at the station

I've always had no problems using this service. I hadn't used it for many months, and I was just surprised to see the rate increase so much, that's the only small negative point.

No possibile to pay only for half day

Locker smaller than expected, could just fit one larger suitcase and two small ones into the locker.

The lockers seem convenient but the lack of communication with the company is not existent. Customer service is key

The scheme is clever and useful but the realization is anything but intuitive. Simply figuring out how to open the door puzzled everyone we saw there. We also could have very easily used just one locker and that would have made the expense easier to justify, but the app asks you how many bags you have rather than, how much room you need. Overall, it was very useful even if a bit expensive.

No one on the phone Keyboard not working...

I used the service today at Saint-German des Pres location. The outside door was broken, anyone could enter, in fact i saw some of the lockers were forcely opened. I tried to call them several times, since in every website they were indicating that they are very responsive to their hotline, but no one responded. I had no choice but to leave my bag in the locker. At the end of a couple hours gladly nothing happened but given the conditions, it was just luck. Very unreliable, wouldn't recommend anyone to trust their valuable belongings.

The price for a whole day is fine, but it would be a good idea to set a price per hour or some, others give you that chance. If you need couple of hours or little more, is too expensive.

I spent 5 minutes try to open the door because the keyboard was defective. tou can image how I felt after leaving the lagguage inside that trap. (I spent other 5 minutes to re-open the door and go to the airport). shivers of fear

I had trouble finding my way out of the garre. So we walked for a long time. Small space, not very practical when several customers are there at the same time. When we left, another customer found suitcases in the locker he'd reserved. We gave him ours.

Had we only rented 1 locker, the review would be 4 stars but since we rented 2 and only 1 worked and I haven't been able to be refunded yet, I'm rating 3 stars because it is a great service to tourists. Very practical but too expensive

You need to simplify access to the lockers. I spent 10mins trying to get into my locker and I nearly missed my flight as a result.

Door was difficult to open due to technical issue

It was very convenient. However, we had to rent 3 lockers because we were 4 people and could't fit more than 1 regular size suitcase in the locker.

When purchasing. Information stated that the locker could hold 4 suitcases. It would hold only one. We left without putting any of our bags in it. Wasted our money.

The floor was super dirty. We had to enter a code few times to open a locker. At the end we managed to use it and retrieve our bags safe so it was good. But definitely the whole Space needs cleaning.

O site induz em erro porque parece que o cacifo fica dentro da estação e não é verdade, fica muito longe quando se trás mochilas às costas. Demoramos uns bons 10-15 minutos a a chegar lá. O cacifo é muito espaçoso.

We have had 2 big loggadge and didn`t enter in one locker. In the description it should fit 4x loggadge. So we had to pay one more time ( 15 euro x 2 ) that is a lot of money for a few hours of lockers.

Easy but misleading booking, the locker should be called Bastille and not Gare de Lyon. It should be possible to choose the height of the locker.

The code isnt sent to my email. The locker wasnt big

Inside the gare de l’est there are safe lockers for half the price and for 24 hours or even longer. I didn t know that. Otherwise I wouldn’t use city locker
