I paid for 3 luggages but I got only 2 lockers and still haven't received my money back.
Had to cancel the day before arriving, e-mail looked like the only way to contact & they never replied. So I burned 20 euros for nothing
The marketing online leads you to believe the service is cheaper than it actually is. It’s quite expensive and the locker is WAY to small! This service costed me more hassle then help. Will not use again.
I hate that you have to supply your email. It should be that you put money in the machine and you have access to the locker. Second the machine gave me access to a locker that was already used. I had to get a third locker just to put our stuff.
Lost my access codes, and nobody on the phone to answer me. Taken by time because we had an appointment, we had to pay again to rent new lockers...

No service, it was all self-service. Happy to pay the fine as it was my fault but nothing can be done till the next day was ridiculous. This is supposed to bring convenience but it’s the other way around.
After I had put the luggage in the compartment, I wanted to try opening it again for later, just to be on the safe side. Well, the code I entered was no longer accepted and the compartment could no longer be opened. But the code I entered was definitely correct. To be honest, I also had the feeling that someone in the background was having fun and deliberately not accepting the code. I was able to open it a few hours later, but City Locker definitely ruined the last day of my holiday, because the whole time I couldn't be sure that I would be able to get my luggage out again in time. I was thinking about my luggage the whole time. Next time, I will use the locker at the station.
The reserved locker was not available. Emergency telephone number responded too late. After our Paris trip we've sent citylocker an email regarding the refuind of the locked. Since than (1,5 week ago)no answer from citylocker.
I had to pay for two lockers since I never got confirmation from the first. Then when I finally got my locker the door didn't work so I had to call customer service, who didn't answer. I had to bargain with someone over text to re-send my new code. The entire process was more expensive and took more time than a supposedly "convenient" service.
A scam: the website says "starting from 2 euros", but I actually had to pay 30 euro for dropping my luggage a few hours. Indeed the lockers are very small and you'll probably need more than one. In my case 2 at 15 euro each. Notice that everything is authomatic so they don't even give work to a guardian!
While booking two lockers I received a failed notification, so I booked it online again. Funny enough it turns out the first booking wasn´t a failure, the fee was charged two times and I ended up having 4 lockers, while I only needed 2 and used only two There is no way to cancel. So - the lockers are what they are - funtioning, but the booking system is below zero

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! I booked a locker for 1x day, and had no issues, then emailed to book for an extra day as I could not get to the address by the end of the first day. They sent me an invoice for an extra day, and I promptly paid it. They did not send me a new code to enter the building or unlock my locker. I thought nothing of this, as I assumed I could use the original code they'd sent me. I arrived 40mins before close on the second day to find the original code did not work. Another customer opened the door from the inside, letting me in and I, and 3 others with me, attempted to unlock my locker, but the code did not work. I then realised I might need a new code for a new day and checked my spam mail, I tried calling about 5 times (they do not pick up their phone), I sent them an email. I could not get in touch with them. At 1:30am the next morning, hours after I'd left, they replied to the email, unhelpully saying 'I sent you the code'. Over the next 4 hours we exchanged 32 emails (they refused to call me or pick up the phone) wherein they accused me of never showing up to retrieve my luggage the day before and not attempting to contact them for help. I provided proof of emails and phone calls, and told them what time to check the security cameras to see we were there. They then sent me an invoice for €15 to pay for another day as 'I had failed to collect my luggage the day before. I reminded them that that was not my choice or my fault. They got sick of me emailing them eventually and sent me a second invoice for €75: the price they charge for uncollected bagged storage. By this point I had friends waiting for me in Versailles and had to leave Paris. I paid the €15 and told them if I did not see a code in 10mins I'd be calling the police. They then responded that they would not send the code until I'd paid the €75 but, 10mims later, I did receive an email with a new code. If you value your sanity, money, and the right to your own property, do not use City Lockers.
Terrible! they advertise that it costs two euros, and they charge you 2 per locker. I bought 11 for my family, and they only delivered 8 codes. I called to complain and was mistreated by the attendant. Had to beg to get the codes, missed 3 hours of travel and spoiled my first day. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
We arrived 8 minutes after 10 pm and we couldn’t get our luggage. Nobody answered our messages or phone calls and we had to go to our hotel (50 min away from the centre) without our luggage. We had to come back the following day and pay for the whole day again.
Accidentally chose wrong location. Requested a voucher for another use or refund. No one bothered to get back to me. Bad service when there is no customer service. Would not recommmend.
15 euros per half-day: obligation to take a full day and an advert "from 2 euros" which turns out to be 15 at the time of booking...
We start at €2 and end up paying €12 to leave a bag for 1 hour. Lame.

Very confusing system, does not work - I paid but did not receive my code automatically. No real support. I do not recommend at all!
They made us book more lockers than we needed and refused to refund the one's we didn't need

The locker did not close, it was clearly broken. There was shown an "emergency number" between 8:00 and 22:00. We called three times between 11:20 and 11:50, but no one picked up the phone. So, we put our luggage in a different locker. We sent a message and received answer: 'just close it slowly, no problem'. It clearly did not close and was broken. So, the person texted us that a mechanic would look at the problem. We asked for a refund. Subsequently, we did not hear back. The point of a city locker is to avoid having a hassle with lugage and be able to visit a city without trouble. This clearly did not work and the subsequent service was bad.
Customer service does not answer calls. Everything is handled by message, which can take a long time if you're in a hurry. I strongly advise against
We booked the locker 8 months in advance and we were sent a code with letters as the door code and locker code. When we arrived, we couldn't enter because the lock only accepts numbers (there isn't anyone around, it's a place where you enter with that code). We thought that it was an alphanumeric code but it looks like we received an error message ("BAD") where the code should have been. We came to the locker on a Sunday, encounter the problem (9:30), and tried calling the "hotline" several times just to be answered by an automatic message and an automatic SMS. After 45 minutes we decided that it was best to leave and try to visit the city with our luggage (it was quite uncomfortable because we were traveling with our child). We also sent an email at 9:45 that was answered at 11:30 just to tell us that we should have called the hotline (we did, it was cold). In our opinion, the website shouldn't send any letters or errors when the code should be. It's misleading and you only found out at the door. Secondly, the codes should be found under your account on the website. They are only sent once in an email and if you delete or miss that email, you cannot enter (a couple came when we were waiting and had to leave because they couldn't find the email and there was no reply via email or phone). And lastly, when the place is open, there should be a direct and fast way of communicating with someone. When you hire a service like this, most of the time you are just trying to visit the city for a few hours. Most of the people cannot be in front of the building for 2 or 3 hours just waiting for an answer. I had a reimbursement the next day (although I had to pay the Paypal fees). I hope my comments help improve the service.
Unable to enter the code correctly despite repeated attempts, we had to call the correspondent, who was very unfriendly. He looked down on people. Had to change the temporary code 2x. He was also on the phone with someone else. In short, to be avoided.

Unpleasant customer service. Very bad with customers in case they have any questions. The lockers were dirty and the information about suitcase dimensions is not correct.
We opened the locker with the code and there was other luggage in it. We called and had a very rude person at the telephone. In the end we got an other locker number. At the end of the day we Could still open the locker with the luggage of the stranger, you didnt change the code. This all doesnt gave the feeling that our luggage is save in your lockers.
Not easy to find
Horrible experience, end up charging me for a service I didn't use, I made the refund request via e-mail 1 minute after getting out the locker room and realizing it was not going to serve my needs and they didn't wanted to give my money back. Lack of care for their customers, bad refunds policies, very low quality tactics and answers to evade what was obvious. I would get far away as I can from this company.

The code didn't work and I couldn't keep my bag. They wouldn't give me the money. I'll never use it again.
It was almost impossible to get in. We have to call them several times to solve the problem.
I paid 3 times, and still didn't get in and there was no one to be contacted for help
