There was a mistake and I paid twice and didn't get any solution.. Just "to pay" so definitely I won't recommend this service
It didn’t work… we lost a lot of time to call for help
Locker codes didn’t work. Customer service was not available to help. When they finally reached back it was 30 mins after we attempted to drop off luggage, so we had already hopped on our train. Customer service blamed us for “entering the code wrong” - no acknowledgement that we were provided wrong codes.
Did not reply at all
I repeatedly tried to contact management about my reservation. They failed to reply. Ridiculous!
Technical problem with the locker. Call to a technician, not very friendly
