Too expensive. Should have more options for size of lockers.
Surprisingly expensive to leave a small backpack in a storeroom for 3 hours.
Some of the locker doors are broken and left wide open; no one repairs them, which isn't reassuring when you're leaving your luggage. What's more, the locker doors are made of plywood, and one of those we had reserved was half torn off. We'd have to invest in sturdier equipment (metal) and hire staff for maintenance and surveillance. Automation is handy, but it can't replace human beings. For the (high) price, we expect more security. We get the impression that City Locker wants to make as much money as possible on the backs of its customers, with as little investment as possible. This does not reflect well on the company.
I have to enter the codes several times, that costs me a lor of time
Had an emergency and no one called me back, it was a nightmare. After a few hours I just got a refund with a message “we’re sorry but we were fully booked”. The emergency number is therefore not an emergency number. I even headed to the “back office of city locker” but that didn’t exist anymore. So all in all, if you have to catch a flight rather use “Bounce” it was way, way better!
The box is small. I needed to book some other box again. I needed to reopen the door so I can open the other box.
Little dirtyserves what it iis made for
We had to punch in the code three times and more to enter the premises on the way in and out, and to access the locker.
The locker was much smaller than we expected. The description said it could hold two suitcases and two back packs. We could barely get our two suitcases in the locker. We had to carry our backpacks with us.
Sarebbe più comodo direttamente nella metro station
The code to enter the locker didn't work. I had to try several times.
We had to press several times the codes to open the door and the locker.
Easy reservation situation even with knowing 1) no and 2) a little bit of French. Prompt email with combinations and instructions reassured us we had a locker and that it would be ready for us before the train ride ended. A sticker on the door invited us to search for context clues and ascertain we were at the right place. Behind a locked storefront door you can see and reach about 20 other lockers between a narrow passage. No attendant on duty, dimly lit room. Combo pad on the door was easy to use to gain entry. Interior key pad was exceptionally sensitive, and would enter a selected number more than once for one push of a key, It took a few tries to get the combination to enter correctly and for the door to "pop" for us. One locker was big enough to accept a DoD "bodybag" rollerboard along with a personal bag. We got two to accommodate our two bodybags, our checked luggage, and our personal items. There was room for only one customer set at a time, really, to access the lockers. We got there first and were surprised to see the line of individuals behind us. With few people inside, we were able to get in and out quickly. Others were waiting outside, either getting a locker reserved online (great idea!) or asking others how to get a locker. I would have liked the space to be bigger in order to allow more than one party to have access to the lockers at any given time. Fix the interior combination keypads and arrange the lockers in a way that more than one or two parties can access their items without jostling over each other, and the situation could get 4 or 5 stars.
To expensive,
It would be better to have a watsapp number in case of failure for the code system
No possibility to choose the level where the locker is located. I had a large, heavy suitcase and locker #7 was on the 3rd level. I couldn't lift my suitcase.
The site is practical and easy to use
The keyboards don't work properly, and you can't see the number of characters entered. Not easy to use.
My luggages was taken out when I came to pick them up. Luckily nothing was stolen.
Easy access, price little bit higher than what shows on website.
The drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not. The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.
I got the locker num2 the closure is a bit haphazard. I close it, then I try to pull it with my hand and the closure comes undone and the locker opens. I've done this several times, and sometimes it closes well, and sometimes it opens by itself. So technically it's dangerous. But I've left my stuff there without a worry. The size of the locker is smaller than in the ad.
It says the locker can store 4 bags but I can only store 1
Worked for holding our bags, but we had trouble with the door code, which was super anxiety producing
The size description of the locker was a bit misleading.
Very easy to order and very easy to use. On the other hand 15 euros for leaving 2 suitcases from 10h00 to 17h00.... is very expensive!
Simple enough to use and allows you to have autonomy. Location is great and the facility was clean. When we arrived, the front door was not locked as it should have been so a level of protection was removed. I emailed the company and never heard back.
There was a problem opening the luggage box. I received codes by email and sms. The code to open the door worked right away. But the code to open the box didn't work. There was only an answering machine on the given phone number. But after a while a man called me back. I gave my name to the booking and the box was unlocked, the code to open the box was now working properly. We lost an additional quarter of an hour and some stress. In the end, everything worked out. To sum up, I recommend this system. There was a problem, but it was solved quite efficiently.
Booking went smooth via TGV WiFi.
Too expensive, and it only fit a big suitcase instead of a big one and a small suitcase.
The locker is not big enough to hold 2 check in suitcases. We had 1 check in suitcase along with 1 small cabin suitcase but were only able to fit in one of the two…
More than twice as expensive as the competition. It was too late for me to change, as I'd already passed on the address to my friends... But I'll never use that box again.
Relatively high rates for fairly low security, so I personally wouldn't put suitcases containing valuables in there.
No refund for Not using
Lockers too small and too expensive We had to clima up many stairs to get to the locker
