Too expensive Too bad there's no rate for anything shorter than a full day!
In generally it was okay and easy to handle on the smartphone. But i had to press third times the number of the case to put in the suitcases, The door did not open before!
Perhaps I didn't look carefully beforehand, but it was noted that this cuty locker was located in Chatelet, but it was still a 20min walk from the Chatelet metro station. It would be better to find out which metro station was closest to the cuty locker, i.e. Réaumur Sébastopol or Arts et Métiers. The walking time with luggage was long... once there, everything went very smoothly, nothing to complain about.
The codes aren’t secure at all, it is the door code plus your locker number and if anyone catches on, they can just access your locker very easily.
Good service for tourists.
The service is good, there is no question about that. Lockers are big enough. The space is clean and very easy to use. The price, however, is too high for short-time storage as I did. Would give a 5-star review if there were better pricing options.
It was boiling hot there. Should have a better ventilation.
Too far from forum des halles
When we arrived at the locker location, we found a suitcase already in our locker. I called the number listed by the code information, but I got a recording and nobody ever called back as I requested in the message I left. We would have been out of luck except that by pure coincidence the person whose bag was in "our" locker walked in and took her bag away. She was very nice - but she could have returned and taken our bags, since she also had the code for that locker. We decided to take a chance, and our bags were there when we returned. But - how UNACCEPTABLE that they gave the code to a locker to two different people for the same day!! BAD!
Location not good. Key pad buttons very sensitive and hard to enter password etc
The booking process of a coin locker is too difficult. Too many steps and takes a lot of time. Also virtual cards are not accepted. Too expensive! Would never use ir if I was alone. Despite all, it worked in the end.
Very expensive rates.
Room was clean. Have to stand on sidewalk in front to make reservation with credit card in hand…not very safe. Keypad for locker was dodgy, had to do code like 6-7 times before it worked. Prices were far higher than advertised.
The price should be based on the time spent. 15€ for 3 hours is expensive.
No room for 4 beacons, unless they're tiny. We had to pay for 2 boxes, 30€ for 2 beacons.
Cant say what it was like as in the end I decided not to use them. Shame I couldn’t get the money back, even though I gave them several days’ notice . They did give me a credit for 6 months, but I don’t think I’ll be back in Paris in that time.
Good but can be improved and simplified
Rental 15€ for 4h ... it's BCP too expensive. There should be hourly billing for less than 12 hours of rental, for example.
I couldn't lock the door, so when I was wondering what to do, another user said it was always open. I thought it was a lie even though it was written that it was safe with double locks.
Good location but needs better security and possibly WIFI.
Easy to find, difficult to open the door
It is too far from the Effiel Tower
Too expensive and could use some ventilation. Also each locker only fit 2 suitcases.
Super expensive. 15 euros for 2 hours
As the service is offer as a self-service that depends on internet to be used, I think it would be better if there was a wi-fi network avaiable for customers.
Came around 8.10am the front door didn't open with the code, other group had the same problem until it automatically opened at 8.30. The front door remained unlocked even when we came back to pick up our bags.
Too small for 4 luggages. I have used other companies and the lockers were bigger. I had to pay double.
Too expensive
One locker was broken. someone had obviously used violence to open that locker. that wasn't giving the feeling that our stuff was safe in there. we used it anyways for a few hours over the day and it was ok.
The locker had a nice location, but when we went to retrieve out suitcases it didn’t work. After 15 minutes we tried calling the number displayed but it said it was out of order. Eventually it worked, but it took way to long and we almost missed our bus back home.
I never used it because my flight changed. There was nothing to do to get at least some money back.
It's useful that you can put several bags in one storage. But unfortunately it's not big enough to fit cabin size bag as it was shown in gif promo - in vertical position
Somewhat misleading. The GIF and website show 4 pieces of luggage. We had 3: 1 full size and 2 carry on. Took a look at the measurements. Didnt do the conversion. We had to get a second locker after we already booked the first. Couldn't add the second locker to the order. But if you order 2 to start, it's cheaper. 4 pieces of luggage lol yea right thats like mini carry ons. But you have to order one locker before you can see them. Travelling to paris is crazy with luggage so you're already exhausted, especiallyif you need a locker for some reason. We were going to Versailes in between 2 different airbnbs. Bait and switch.
Use City Locker for the first time. A little confusing for the first time. Once in I was disappointed about the size of the locker. No mention was made of the size. We could only fit one big suitcase in one. Had to book another. Tried calling the number but was immediately disconnected. Please tell the people the size.
Unless I'm mistaken, it's not possible to order by the hour, or at least for a period of less than 24 hours. 15 € for 4 hours is a lot of money.
We were 7 persons stopping just a few hours in Paris on our way to CDG. 6 pcs of medium sized suitcaseses + 1 soft bag and we needed 4 lockers at a total price of € 60. We all thought the price was extremely high but we had no other option. At the end it all worked out well, but the some of the codes to open the lockers I had to put in several times before they opened. All in all - good that this option was available, but too expensive and a bit tricky and time-consuming. There should be options that are cheaper for shorter periods of time.
I paid of two lockers for the day I left Paris, and accidently paid for another one two days after. I contacted them to get my money back, and didn't get a response. Too bad this is how they treat their paying costumers.
This place needs better signage. It is very confusing to drop off luggage if you haven’t done it before. The sign should say. 1. Use door passcode. 2. Use locker passcode. You will not be able to open your locker unless you h add be used the door code first.
El servicio y el sistema es práctico. Lo único que el precio para solo unas horas me pareció muy elevado y La ubicación no es tan próxima a opera como indican
The locker is convenient, however it is not located near the chatelet les halles station, but about a 20 minute walk from the station.
