Good service for travellers, but could be a bit more secure. With the external building door broken, our bags were only protected by the locker locks.

It's a shame that the introductory price of 2 euros reveals a number of conditions, with a 12-euro charge when you pay!

I can’t give a rating. I pre booked and paid for the locker, but the RER train stranded us before we ever got there so we didn’t get to use it.

Very good in terms of safety but super expensive... 15€ for 2h is enormous

I had reserved 2 boxes and when we tried to open the 2nd box, the code didn't work! We called the emergency number (answering machine 🤨), I left a message but never got a call back! Fortunately we were able to put all our luggage in 1 single box. Poor after-sales service, because to this day I still haven't been called back!

Too expensive

Everything is okay, but setting the second number to the locker number still leaves the option for other people that rent a City Locker to open the other lockers. If I rent one locker, I basically have access to the other ones. That's not as safe as you advertise it. Otherwise the location is fine, it is easy to find, close to the city center, and the lockers are spacious.

It's a shame to find information on the site that rental starts at 2€/day, only to have to pay 15€ for 4 hours of rental in front of the locker. This gives the unpleasant impression of being taken for donkeys.

Maybe the lockers are okay but they are nowhere to be found at the station (gare du nord) No signing at all...

Functional, but a little shabby.

We didn’t need it and tried to contact someone but it didn’t work. So we were really frustrated.

Code didnt work a few times

Was easy to make the reservation. On arrival, required a code. If I received one, it was not with the reservation and I could not fine it. Called the number. It was in French with no other language option. No person available at the location. Left with my luggage.

Ok. Not too usable on the laptop.

This location is described as "five minutes from Les Halles," but it's more like 15-20 minutes walking, which is a long way to drag heavy bags. Otherwise, it worked fine.

Helps with keeping luggage secure, but the difficulty in contacting support is annoying.

A great way to enjoy the day without your luggage. The first city locker we wanted wasn't easy to find, and once we did, we couldn't get inside. The second city locker was better signposted but we had a problem with the front door not recognizing the code straight away.

Impractical account creation, external keyboard with some deteriorated keys and key sound too weak given the ambient noise during the day. Very high price for a few hours.

The name of location was somewhat misleading, as it was 10 min walk from les halles - a long one with suitcases

Locker didn't close properly after I revisited to retrieve something. I called the emergency line 5 times: nobody answered.

The buttons to type in the code do not work properly. I had to reenter the code 5-6 times for it to work, and this had already been the case when I used it in October 2022. Also a large spanish family (15+) entered the citylocker so we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they would not move... Other than that nothing to say, simple and efficace...would use again

There should be much clearer instructions especially regarding more than one locker, and there is no easy way to contact customer service in english. The locker was large ebough to fit in a large suitcase and after understanding how it works with multiple lockers worked just fine

Too expensive for what it is. No possibility to choose a few hours so obliged to pay 15 euro.

The code is very obvious, so I worry people could guess any code’s locker and steal what’s inside.

I could not believe that my locker password was same as the main door password. Are you fking kidding me?

It Was fine but expensive

La Porte n'on n'est pas ouvert. I couldn't open the door, there was a couple of people with the same problem. Than somebody call the assistance and after a half hour they opened the door

Very practical and easy to use (codes and instructions sent by message). However, a large hold suitcase + a cabin suitcase have a lot of trouble fitting into a single locker. We had to open the small suitcase to slide it open on one side. What's more, I find the prices far too high for one day. (15€)

Wrong information on pricing and it is way too expensive. In the website it says that it is 2€ daily, based on that I went to the place and found out that I have to pay 15€ instead. I feel tricked. And 15€ is too much.

That same day, I mistakenly made a reservation for the lockers at the train stations and near the Eiffel Tower. I immediately emailed to try to cancel the order. I received no reply to my request. Otherwise, the service is very practical. However, we didn't manage to enter ( first code didn't work. Fortunately, at both baggage drop-off and baggage claim, customers let us in and we were able to use the code to open the locker. As I said earlier, this is the Eifel Tower locker. OLIVIER

A nuestra llegada a París fue bastante bien, aunque uno de los códigos no entraba bien. Pero el día que reservamos para la salida, nos encontramos una de las taquillas ocupada con otra maleta. Cuando al fin pudimos contactar con la empresa, Jeremy nos atendió muy bien a través de SMS, y pudimos colocar nuestro equipaje en otra taquilla que debió abrir él a distancia, pues el código que nos proporcionó tampoco funcionaba. Deberían mejorar el sistema de apertura de las taquillas, pues la situación nos provocó una perdida de tiempo importante y el consiguiente nerviosismo. Aún así, Jeremy nos atendió eficazmente.
