The locker is called "Châtelet - Les Halles" but it's actually miles away from the station. We had to walk twenty minutes carrying the bags to get to the place, which is so minuscule you have to take turns to open the lockers, otherwise you can't fit in

Cependant, les adresses des consignes sont clairement indiquées sur le site internet juste avant d’effectuer une réservation complémenté d'une carte vous permettant de la situer en durée et distance par rapport à votre lieu de départ.

The system worked perfectly for us. Door and locker codes gave us a locker easily fitting our suitcase and carry on bags

Brilliant thank you. Used on arrival day in Paris and check out day after a Airbnb rental. Really easy to use. Big lockers. I had 1 small overhead suitcase and 2 hand luggage. Would definitely use again 👌👍
