Excellent! We changed our mind on station location in Paris, I simply Telephoned City locker, a most helpful gentleman called Thomas answered, I asked if I could use my €15 to change to another location and he immediately said yes and promptly sent a new door and locker code! In my book that’s pretty amazing. I have been learning French but how relieved I was that Thomas spoke fluent English. Thank you to City Locker and Thomas, I would highly recommend ease of use and excellent customer service.
