Had we only rented 1 locker, the review would be 4 stars but since we rented 2 and only 1 worked and I haven't been able to be refunded yet, I'm rating 3 stars because it is a great service to tourists. The name "Gare de Lyon" is a bit misleading. The locker is closer to Bastille than Gare de Lyon, but if you plan ahead, it's a 10-minute walk (or bus ride).

I paid for the locker and then waited for the email for the code to use which didn't arrive. I email and phoned but still no reply.
i then went direct to the locker and paid again to use it. Therefore my advise is not to pay for it on line and just go direct to the locker and pay. otherwise you will pay twice. I would still like my money back for the first payment.
