2 steps from Gare du Nord station, convenient and easy
Ideally located between Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord (it's a shame that the area is one of the dirtiest in Paris), the premises are clean and smell of disinfection. 4 suitcase cabins or one large suitcase and 2 cabins fit. premises closed at night as indicated.
Very easy to use
Negative point: the price. Huge advertising on an attractive original that is not. No day at this 2 nd price for 3 weeks. Even if the price remains reasonable compared to competitors, it is misleading. Otherwise easy to access and use.
Easy to use. The only drawback is that the site refers to a locker that can hold 4 suitcases for airplane models, but it's actually 3. Apart from that, top satisfaction

Excessively expensive service! Complicated to use (some passengers could no longer access their lockers). Much cheaper service offered by Paris Est sncf station (half price)

The locker we had reserved would not close, but a call to the emergency number solved the problem by allocating another locker.

It's not immediately clear how the service works: it would be useful to indicate on the door that you must first register on your site before you can access the locker room. Unfortunately, during my visit all the lockers were occupied, and I didn't know this until after I'd booked and completed the transaction. In such cases, it would be useful to indicate at the entrance to the locker room, or even inside, that all the lockers are occupied.

Der Locker ist vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Es ist gut, dass der Raum nur mit einem Code betreten werden, der zuvor auf's Smartphone geschickt wurde. Der Locker selbst ist ebenfalls nur mit einem Code zu öffnen und ist sehr geräumig.
Very interesting service so that you don't have to walk around with your bags between leaving the hotel and waiting for the train, but the price is exorbitant: €15 for 3 hours is really too much!

I booked a locker that was designed for 4 cabin-sized suitcases, but could only fit 2 and a handbag!!! I had to pay for a second one, and luckily there was still some space available, otherwise I would have been in a lot of trouble! I'll add one star because the service is very practical in spite of everything!
