Very easy to use, no complaints at all. Users should be aware, however, that this is not a short walking distance from Châtelet (the closest metro is actually Arts et Métiers). As I only had one small bag to store this wasn't a problem, but any users with larger or more cumbersome luggage should definitely map the location and plan accordingly (it would not be easy to walk with many bags from the RER B for example)

Very easy to use. Left some luggage for several days that we didn’t want to pay to check on our stop to Italy before coming back to Paris to fly home. Very secure.

This was a super easy and convenient way to store our bags. 2 lockers held 3 carry on suitcases and bookbags. Receiving a text with our locker code made it very simple. Only wish I had checked the location before booking, as it wasn't as close to Les Halles as we expected. But that's on me! Would definitely use again.

Very good, easy to use and very useful SMS but a bit far from Châtelet Les Halles....

Perfect, reachable, convenient
The place was very secure and safe! I loved it! It is a 10 minute walk from the Les Chalet train station so keep that in mind.
Goed geregeld! Kluizen waren wel iets kleiner dan aangegeven, wij hadden een grote koffer en een kleine trolley, en we moesten proppen om ze er samen in te krijgen. Verder prima te doen!
Clean, safe and easy to use!
I had a locker at the very top. When you declare large luggage weighing 20 kg or more, it's not optimal. As a woman alone, it's not feasible. I won't book here again. Phone service to change the lockers is unreachable.
