I had a locker at the very top. When you declare large luggage weighing 20 kg or more, it's not optimal. As a woman alone, it's not feasible. I won't book here again. Phone service to change the lockers is unreachable.
Our hotline is available from 8 AM to 10 PM every day to answer your questions and assist you in case of difficulties.
In case of technical problems, our hotline can help you open your locker or door, assist you in the booking process, or send a technician in case of more serious issues.
You will also find a large number of answers to questions you may have by consulting the FAQ section of our website.
Sur le site est indiqué un tarif « à partir de 2 euros ». En réalité en arrivant la seule option possible est un paiement de 15€. Très déçue!

Pour des réservations de plusieurs jours, les tarifs sont dégressifs.
Certains jours bénéficient de promotions, pouvant descendre jusqu'à 2€/jour.

Very satisfied, the only drawback is that when I booked it seemed to be located inside the Chatelet Les Halles station instead it is about 1.5 km away. For me, who had to stay in the city for 3 hours, it was not exactly easy to move with luggage and a child. Thank you

There should be an option to cancel. In the end, we only used one box and could not cancel the other one.

Practical service, easy to use and located in places suitable for tourists. The only downside is the price of €15 regardless of the duration of use. A price adaptable to the duration would provide a better service for short-term tourists.

Les espaces CITY-LOCKER sont surveillés par nos caméras de vidéo-surveillance 24h/24h 7j/7, notre équipe veille à ce que vos bagages soient stockés dans la plus grande sécurité possible.
Notre assurance couvre également vos effets personnels à hauteur de 1500 euros par casier.
Et tout cela à un coût effectivement, et nous sommes les seuls sur Paris à vous proposer ce niveau de sécurité à double sécurisation : code porte et code casier.
Et de plus, ramener au bagages cela coûte 3,75€ pour la journée (8:00-22:00)

The name Châtelet Les Halles is misleading. We went to the forum des halles and it is quite far from there!
Interesting concept, box grand, but name your sites after the nearest metro station or street.
The opening hours are too short in the evenings, and the terms of use are misleading as to the consequences of leaving items overnight. Responsive customer service nonetheless.
The city locker is very practical and conveniently located. On the other hand, it's still expensive: €15 a day for 1 locker... but it's worth it when there's more than one.
You need to simplify access to the lockers. I spent 10mins trying to get into my locker and I nearly missed my flight as a result.
Well done and easy to use. However, the real price (which is not 2 euros per day) if you only stay for one day is not clearly enough displayed.
